one more info, RE is just a normal HNM LS, just like any other. just becos u see pple wearing HQ stuff, that doesnot mean anything, we just hunt more, which Gatts believe the new BoH can still do it. In the past, everyone(veterans) was sceptical of HNM LS for importers, cos most pple only care abt gils, but Gatts manages to get something started. U pple should continue if u all like hunting HNM. but if gils is wat u want, go open coffer or fight argus will be better choice. > u can consult ellone for this matter

Even if RE dun accept Gatts now, we will just go for other plds(maybe Jpn or NA). but gatts cant go back to BoH anymore, after all this. Pple say RE take the leader becos BoH is competing with RE. Go and look at the HNM LSes that are hunting 24/7. There are way much more other HNM LS that both RE/BoH are concerned.

Nothing to do with the Gatts ordeal, but since we're on the topic of HNM:

I know HNM isn't the best way to earn gils. If I wanted hauberk that badly as a piece of uber equip, I could camp the rolanberry 881 spawn for hours a day and buy it in less than a week.

I consider HNM to be like a sport ingame; we can all admit how competitive it is. Each piece of HNM equipment you receive from your LS is like a trophy; a badge, showing off all we have done. Everytime I stand at a spawn and see people wearing their HNM equipments; it's like a rookie looking at the pros. We're competing with these people who we have looked up to for god knows how long. Next to this, all we do is look at our AF-clad group and say "guys, we can do it too.... someday, someday..."

I don't do it all for just gil or HNM equipment. It's the symbolism behind the HNM equipment that counts. To buy one would be like to purchase a gold medal, or to tatoo a battle scar.

Nothing personal, just making a point, X , u wanted a fair distribution, that could mean gils shared fairly based on GP system. But Gatts did not do that, instead he changed it for something like equipments which are meant for fighting HNM, allowing the HNM LS to go on.

Gatts helped me out once and Gantoris many times, all with nothing in return. They're both really nice people and there's _no_ way Gatts planned a 'scam' like this from the start.

However I do believe he had a commitment to the LS he made and it was somewhat selfish of him to leave for purely personal reasons - sometimes you just gotta do something you'd rather not because you owe it to people :/ but that's life and shit happens.

I know many of you saw this as a long-term thing which it didn't turn out to be, and that's why you feel cheated and hard done by, which is totally fair enough - but there's no need to try and ruin someone's reputation because of it...

Without a leader, there isn't really a way to decide what is fair anymore, especially considering that out ot 33 members, atleast 10-20 don't care that the ls is over because they didn't even participate much from the start. Remember him complaining about how he was going to kick people out due to inactivitey or non-participation. The GP points will never give you a fair share because you can't buy items with them, and theres not 14million gil to divide among 33 people. The ls money has been exhausted, guilding skills leveled, all thats left is for people to deal with their bitter emotions, I'm afraid you just can't.

This is why the problem lies. Gatts has only been on his HNM LS for less than a month and has 20+ members. Do you really think he’s going to walk off with a 5million+ HNM equipment in less than a month and not even have 1 high level guilder in the LS? You can’t really feel sorry for him because he walked away with nothing and that's not an excuse to leave because he never gave himself and his LS enough time. Not 1 person in the whole entire LS “owns” a piece of HNM equipment.

Xuande did the same thing. He walked away from a HNM LS with nothing but he didn’t walk away with a 70+ tanner guild and also the responsibilities of 20+ other members. Gatts cannot be Xion in one month so leaving the LS because he doesn’t have any “uber equipment” is totally BS. That’s not a valid excuse why he had the right to leave.
