The entire process is usually sifting through .esp files, if you're having trouble doing this then use the mod manager. The one for Oblivion was very good. TES V Skyrim's files are the same as Oblivion. That being said if you're using the mod tool creator, then you'll have a hard time. Hope that helped.

I seem to recall him banging on about it well before the creation kit was out so learning to use that clearly isn't a necessary hurdle.

I was thinking about tweaking the Illusion spells. Reducing mp costs or adjusting the level cap for enemies they'll affect. Mostly I just wanted to see what was readily available to tweak by just altering a few integers.

You can use... THE EDITOR!!! Srsly though, the entire game is up for editing through the Creation Kit. It'll take some time to learn what does what, and some things can't be done or can't be done without a little work-around magic.

What do you want to change?

    Oi Dak, post your mod in the Nexus. I was never able to find it on the Steam workshop. <_<;

PS > Did you make it .esp and .esm or just esm with data folders?

did not know you made skyrim mods, thats pretty cool, I might do PC after all, I like the mods that add things to the game (like armor and weapons and new followers and such) but at the same time I kind of want to play it on 360 for some reaosn, and it is not just because of the controller I use that on PC anyway.

Yes, play it on the PC. You'll get to play my next mod. The first one got a warm reception, but it was a bit too difficult for some players, somehow. This second one will hold the player's hand a bit more, be 4x bigger, and 2x longer. Once I've got that out onto the Steam Workshop, I'll let it collect some comments and work on importing the first mod into the second, polishing it, and giving it a proper ending.

What the heck are chu talkin' about? You can mod Skyrim and keep it completely natural, only HD and with some fixes here and there. Check out the Serious HD mod, it's extremely light and runs better than the low res textures, yet it looks 10 times better. Same with flora and armor/weapons mods that fix the low res textures and work waaaay better than the HD pack from Bethesda.

Plus once you are done playing Vanilla (which is pretty good) you have the option to squeeze a few extra hundred+ hours of gameplay through mods.

But not on the consoles. Can't forget about those boys and girls.

Hearthfire – Coming to Xbox LIVE on September 4th | Bethesda Blog

    400 points.

It's more or less content that lets you buy land, build houses, hire stewards and adopt kids. The decorations actually look pretty cool.

You know I made a save of the village in this state purely because the scene is so hilarious.

Reminds me of some good times in a few Zelda games.

    Re: Elder Scrolls SKYRIM

So I ran across a hilarious glitch while playing Skyrim. I was in Riverwood and a dragon attacked. Fairly standard...Except that I hit a chicken with a Fus Roh Dah and the entire town went berserk.

But something odd happened...The guards weren't attacking. Instead they just stood there while the entire town tried to murder me for clipping a chicken with a shout trying to save their lives.

I did have a bounty at this point so decided to shoot a guard with my bow to get them to come after me. I saw all of the Whiterun Guards in Riverwood all draw their bows...

And open fire on the villagers.

"Curb Stomp Battle" doesn't even describe it. The guards tore through the NPCs since they are a similar level to me. Halvar and Delphene were locked in a permanent fight to the death as both are unkillable due to storyline reasons and Halvar is in the Legion faction so is classed as a guard. The first time Delphene got KO'd they went and ran after the little girl who is Halvar's cousin (forgot her name) and chased her off into the sunset.

All that is left is a Blood Dragon Skeleton, a pile of dead villagers, two immortals locked in an epic combat where they can't die and a bunch of guards chasing an immortal little girl through the village.

All because I accidentally yelled at a Chicken...
