Because the combat AI is far better than other human players in the Oblivion Engine . I'd trade in a Co-Op feature for any recruitable NPC in a Bethesda game any day.

Yep, I just saw it last night along with a new (and pretty neat) UI mod.

But since Skyrim online is in alpha right now the only thing really working is the chat system, but that's about half of what online games are anyway. XD

It would be pretty funny if Skyrim online was more successful than Interplay's Fallout lolline should they ever actually make it.

Have you guys seen the multiplayer mod? There was an article for it on Kotaku, and it looked like the host had about six other people with him. How are people creating such awesome mods without the toolset?

Riften Blackbriar Meadery Speechcraft glitch is still in.

Now, Ungrien, tell me how wonderful Maven Black Briar is, then tell me let me persuade you to tell me the truth... a million times.

    Mash, mash, mash.

Also, in regards to the Cyrodil and Morrowind landmasses being in the game - Bethesda left some pretty blatant yet impassable archways that would lead to other provinces. The plot is thickening on this one...

I think this mod deserves more promotion, it's just awesome.

There are many, many more, but this one made a huge difference for me. Using the 1024 textures gives pretty much zero loss in performance, the 2048 may cause a slight FPS drop depending on your system. As always, you need to use the 4GB Skyrim mod while Bethesda fixes the memory usage for the game (I'm using 1.3 since it's the most stable version of the mod.)

    PS3 patch is up.

    No more moonwalking dragons

But they at least come out of the sky and fight you like they're supposed to now. Magic resistances are also fix.

Dunno what else was done, but those are back to normal.

On PS3, bring up the menu with O, then left to Magic, then select Shouts. You should see a list of Shouts that you've collected words for. Select one, and it will show you which Words you've discovered for that Shout. If a particular Word hasn't been unlocked yet, it won't glow. Select the locked Word, and press Square to spend a dragon soul and unlock that Word's effect.

I put ffxiv down and decide i want to skyrim it some. I'm going about the mainline quest, running out to a far away town, and on the way i come across u huse mammoth and some giants. I snipe a giant from far away, and he comes running at me. I start back peddling and hitting him with double flames at destruction rank 39, I'm level 10, it does a little damage to him, but then i run out of back peddle room, hit a rock, then I'm dead in 1 hit. are you not supposed to pick fights with giants? lol... are they weaker to another level of spell? I would think that if they put mobs in your path that follows the main quest line, they'd be in your level range. Hmmm... i did notice i have those gloves in my inventory, the pugilist gloves that that crazy swede told us to get to be a "BADASS." maybe ill jsut start acting like a viking and beat the S out of erverything with my bare fists... LOL
Basically until you're in the 20's at least, that the bloody hell away from them. If you're a Ranger type then you can probably kite one to death from Lv10 onwards but I would avoid them until you're at least Lv20+

Also never backpedal. Always turn and fire. You turn much faster in third person view if you turn using the mouse. You want to prep the Arrow/Spell while kiting then turn, stop and fire, then hit sprint to open the gap back up.

Kiting as a mage is easier with ice spells but is frankly suicidal until you have learned the basic ranged spells and no longer have to depend on the point blank channelled spells..
