Finally got it in U.Range after 2nd mob. Then again it too kme 4 hrs to learn Self-Destruct, but I think it's b/c of the times I died plus how much they seem to love using Berserk.

I must say I'm not sure if spending time to get gil to buy a spell is worse or if just spending time to get a spell is horrid.

Oh, and that is the cutest cat in the entire world. *cuddles it*

hmm im a new member to the forum im having troulbe finding the level 69 skills. is there anything new on tail slap, hystaril barrage. i know im i cant spell for crap >_< u know anything new lago also the diamondhide skill?

I think Tail Slap and Hysteric Barrage have been confirmed to both come from Lamia. I'll make sure and update the OP when I get around to it. locus posted, I thought in this thread, that Lamia only use Hysteric Barrage if their weapon is broken. Similarly, Imps will only use Frenetic Rip if they throw away their horn. No idea if some similar special condition affects learning Diamondhide vs Ennervate from Trolls, but they have been reported to use both skills.

Ice Break is in the Auto-translate blue magic list, Thunder Break is not. Maybe some golems use one and some use the other?

Hm . . . . well the ones in Sanctuary of Zi'tah don't that I can see. Maybe some other BLUs who've learned this can shed some light.

I can't say for Zitah, but I learned mine from the golems in Beaucidine Glacier.
They used both Thunder and Ice Break.

Blu artifact armor, along with Corsair and Puppetmaster, hasent be releaced yet. ; ;

We should be expecting it sometime soon though, or I am going to have a hernia

also something else what is the best sub for blu and what stats effect the blu sklls the most other than the healing ones. and weapons am i limmted to swords , clubs and a few staves

What Hyrist said about the AF. The item stats and quests to obtain them aren't in the game yet.

Your other questions don't have easy answers. Many people have been using /war or /nin for tanking with reasonable success. /thf is another popular option after 30 if you're playing out the DD side of the job, for Sneak Attack. /whm and to a lesser extent /rdm have some benefit when soloing, mainly for status cures and defensive buffs.

Blue magic draws on many stats to determine its effectiveness, depending on what type of blue magic is. See a more complete explanation here: http://www.ffxionline.com/forums/blu...llcasting.html Basically, it seems like MND is the only stat that blu doesn't have to worry about at all.

Chain Affinity, of course. Which allows you to use Blue Magic in a skillchain. Forgot what level it is though...
