Is Nyzul capped at level 75?

No it is not. Nyzul has no cap.

Assaults are uncapped right? Makes going all the way up to Captain at level 75 more satisfying, lol...

Assaults give you the choice to cap at 50, 60, 70 or no cap at all. The only difference it makes is an increase in difficulty that ultimately rewards you with more Assault Points upon success. For what I'm doing... I just remain uncapped and breeze through them.

Since my return I've done a few things... nothing spectacular... but definitely progress.

I Joined up with Romyro, Squiggs and a few others to take down Proto-Omega and net his associated Atma of the Alpha and the Omega. Coincidentally I also got lucky and walked away with Omega's Tail... albeit junk (Stupid useless Homam set). Lucky for me, I can use it towards later upgrades for Limbus v2 gear.

The following day, I joined them as they went into 2 parallel Temenos Limbus zones to get chips to complete Romyro's Proto-Ultima set. We even had us a little race... team Squiggs (and Yyg) vs. team Romyro. I still feel as if Romyro's team cheated... but they won nonetheless.

I helped Squiggs with 2 Nyzul Isle climbs that took him from floor 25 to floor 35.

Lastly, and with the help of some of the LS guys (thanks all), I knocked out 3 Assaults, finished my promotion mission to rank up to Lance Corporal and then did 2 more Assault missions today that put me at 10/25 points towards my promotion to Corporal.

RDM to 99; finished up Rom's Ultima set so we'll give that a whirl later this week; cleared floor 50 in Nyzul so halfway there; and 4/5 on Meeble Clears for Mega Boss access

+2'ing Duelist's turns it from I believe a sub-par to a mediocre nuking piece. Augmenting it gives some additional duration to Bio III and Blind II. The piece is pretty meh all around, but again, I might as well hold on to it until I get something better.

Also FW, I don't think any RDM was ever complaining about the lack of Mage gear that we're drowning in . . .

It can get buggy if someone is not directly in front of you and is blinking a lot. Not often but it does happen.

I've never run into that issue.

I used to love idling in my Dalm on RDM just because I had it ... one of the oldest pieces of gear in the game and people were still wearing it in 2009. Of course I would idle in my Aristocrat's on WHM because of white box fever.

They were good times. I loved the way the game was back then, grindy and all, it was still my game. The nostalgia is just too strong with this one, too much has changed. It's like leaving your hometown and joining the military (which, incidentally, I did), everything and everyone changes so much by the time you return that it doesn't even feel like home anymore.

Sad.
