Hi again, everyone! ^^ When I woke up the next morning, Wilber told me over the linkshell that he was coming to Jeuno, and asked I wanted to come with him to Qufim for training. I don't think I've mentioned here in my journal, but Wilber has dedicated himself to the path of the Ninja, and has all but forsaken the ways of the Thief. (OOC: He still keeps THF as his subjob, though). We met up at Port Jeuno, near the home point crystal gate, and made our way to Qufim to look for a group of adventurers to join. Here's a couple shots of us sitting at the end of the tunnel leading to the island (notice the beastmen's flag in the first pic; the beastmen were in control of the Qufim region at the time, but Windurst was in the process of taking it back, and we'll no doubt have it under our control by the next tally
):

At one point while we were waiting, a Beastmaster came by with a Clipper that he had charmed and made it fight a Dancing Weapon. I thought it was amusing, so I took a picture of it.

It took quite awhile, but we finally found a group to join, and we starting taking on Land Worms near the entrance to the tunnel (we would have gone to fight by the lake at the center of the island, but it was night, and that when Wights and Banshees come out, and they're way too dangerous to be around). Here are a few pics:

You might notice that I have new claws equipped in these pics; they're a pair of Cougar Baghnakhs that I bought at the Auction House in Jeuno. They're enchanted, and sometimes conjure up icicles to attack the enemy when I attack, which is very fun. ^^ So anyway, after awhile, it got really crowded in Qufim (OOC: my computer was not happy about this), and we had to leave for the night.

The next day, I met up with another group and we trained for awhile at Qufim. I was satisfied with my strength for the moment after a few hours of fighting, so I bid them farewell and headed back to Windurst to make enough money that I could afford a set of Beetle equipment. I did this while training as a Monk, and I think I got a bit stronger in the process. Well, this is all for this entry (mule entry will be directly follwing this one). Enjoy! ^^

(andhow are the frame rates)
The only places with real lag are when there's a lot going on on-screen (like at the AH or in alliance battles). I use
