Expecting players that point out problems in a system to always be able to produce solutions for those problems is tantamount to expecting them to do the job that the Square-Enix employees are payed to do.
Finding solutions to tricky problems is why consultants are payed the big bucks. Expecting hobbyists to do it for free is taking advantage of them.
Or, to quote the Consultant's interview:
"So what would you do to solve our company's problem if you were in our position?"
"Well, I'd hire me."
