Poor quality and horrible subs? What anime have you downloaded. Downloaded anime has been DVD quality since at least mid 2000 and I often times prefer the groups fansubbing over the subs they have when they release it after it's licensed.

Well, some of the older animes I've downloaded.. Like Kenshin and such.. The newer ones are better quality.. but some still have some pretty bad subs... Not all of them though..

I don't like when people edit stuff. I have never seen Evangelion and really want to so I will prolly watch the Toonami airings. But I only recently really came in to Anime. Gundam Wing has always been my favorite, especially Endless Waltz. I really like Inuyasha (adult swim) but I can't see it unedited unless I buy it or download it. For christmas I got Escaflowne the movie and that was freaking awesome. I'd love to see more. BTW CN better not take Cowboy Bebop off the air. That is an awesome show.

Whaaa, you no like big poofy cheeks? Heheh. The worst anime I've ever seen has to be Debutante Detective Corps... so short... so horrible... and I own it... -.-; Tenchi in Tokyo also ranks up there in the land of suckage.

Anyway, as for Eva being on American TV, you already know it's gonna be edited to the point of the story and characters being different by taking out choice lines (just like Escaflowne, and to think I thought the editing in THAT was bad...), and of course they're gonna use the dub (which I outright will not watch... I've sampled it and no thanks.), it's just gonna be a waste to even bother airing it..... them's my 2 cents.
