Yes everyone does more damage
and when we fight a high DEF mob everyone does less
When you exp you are going to fight what you can kill the fastest for the best exp no? With those pictures I was stating my damage on the mobs my parties were currently exping. I didn't go "hey this mob is low DEF lets go do some SCs on it", there is no reason to fight stronger monsters than you need to for the same (or less since you wont be able to chain as easily) exp.
But what I was saying about 14 levels above me, as you gain levels your damage goes up.
Damage I once thought was awesome on my WAR, seeing those numbers now aren't even close to impressive.
I will be able to do more damage on the bats under Garlige Citadel at 49 than I was able to do to the ones on the top floor at 35.
The damage THF does goes up in time just like everyone else, that was my point in saying that.
(I have a Elvaan THF friend in almost same equipment as me breaking 600 almost every time on SATA Viper Bite and he broke 700 several times (Under Garlige Citadel at lvl 48 & 49)).
I did notice a damage reduction in Crawlers Nest tonight. My average SATA Viper Bite was around 440 with my highest almost breaking 500 (was 491 or somethign like that), but my SATA was still around 275, so I didn't really notice a huge difference (except when the damn thing uses its defense boots right before my SATA Viper Bite, then I have trouble breaking 300(which happened atleast 5 times).
But the whole point of this thread was to debate if Elvaans can make good THFs or not. To do that you have to look at the damage they are doing on the mobs you are currently exping. I've been in Garlige Citadel (top floor) with 5 different jobs and I have yet to see a THF of any race pull the kind of numbers I was pulling so I came to the conculsion of yes Elvaan can make good THFs.
I get compliments on my damage in almost every single party I join. If you fail to see that Elvaan can make good THFs (of course they aren't going to be "better" than Mithra since the race was designed around the THF class) then oh well.
