I saw new options under the content ID about transferring from xbox. on the buttom right hand corner. have you tried play around with that yet?

Yep, I got that taken care of, and I think I'm set. But he doesn't remember his Playonline ID to install the Playonline Viewer

I hear that, Macht. I'm referring to the message given on the xbox itself when you login. That post you're referring to is quite a bit old, as well, and now rather hidden on the main page.

The message given on the xbox360 should be a bit more descriptive is all I'm saying. No more, no less.

I know and I'm sure you'd love it to be very specific. Customers love it when you can give them a dead set date and time, but those are always so risky because you will have customers screaming "Fraud!!" if you miss the time. Especially with something like a new product, so in that case to protect company being vauge is the best option.

In a sense they did warn it would be near the end of the day, so you can't really fault them for not having it in the morning of the day at 0:00 hrs. or so.

Also it isn't that old only 3 days, and still picked it off the front of the page, it's the 3rd Topic down.

To clarify it more, I'm Stating "TOPIC" not the news section were they give server maintenance and all that. 3rd Topic down were they say the new version update has arrived, the first link giving you info to the update we just did and the second going to that link. I hardly did any digging at all.

I hate to digging up data since I'm doing it all day at work, if I know the data exists but not a quick grab. Then I'll mention it and let someone else who is willing to dig up that data. It's the same thing when people were questioning about the Bows and Arrows and if any may have something we aren't seeing.

I created the easy fly-by design to answer it for them, but I left it to them to dig out any mathmatics or missing data if they wanted me to try getting more specifics out of it for them. No one took me up on that so ehh...

Mine even says "No content id found" when I go to Conten ID->Review ID from the FFXI menu...

It registers my Content IDs. But the funny thing is I can access my character via the PC. But the Select Character button is grayed out and won't let me do anything. Its kind of ridiculous, actually...

Same problem here. Tried it with 2 existing accounts that can login to PS2 and PC copies, but once it gets to "Setting up active content" it jumps to an error message that i have no active content IDs. I'm #58/243 on GMCall at the moment... but I'm not hopeful that they'll be able to help. It seems like the XBox login code is just plain broken.
