you dont need them all 75... you can fight maat at lv65 (or 66?). its possible to have all jobs 75, theres someone on rag who has all but like 2 or 3 at 75, and the two that arent, are 65 or 70+

Maybe they're a RDM and since RDM doesn't have an innate Staff skill, it's only 50% because of /blm? I don't know, but that's my guess from the gear and the hp/mp.

You guys read the posts to the Korean site as well as the Japanese site linked to it? Most of the people responding back on those are even saying this is fake, with 1 Korean who apparently didn't believe Maat's Cap to be real though.

Other then that most of them replied saying they thought you only need to beat maat with 3 jobs.

Anyway I'll take it with a grain salt, could be that's how you have too do it and also could be photoshoped like about 6 responses had screamed out it to be.

And that person should seek therapy. It's not impossible to do this, especially over 2.5-3 years, but it takes a person who basically had to sacrifice everything for a game. No job, school, friends, family, social life of any kind. Sad.... no matter what "uber' items they've acquired, or the status symbol they are in game, I cant respect someone like that.

well if the player is JP. then its not hard to have all chars 75. considering there was not much content when this first came out. i mean there were only 6 total jobs, an a cap to 50.. not to mention he may have even been a beta player, thus giving him alot of insight of how to lvl. an where to lvl. so a jp player acomplishing this wouldnt surprise me. not considering one of my ls mates has 4 jobs at 75, an alot more after 50. an hes only been playing since NA pc release,,,

Drako on Ragnaroks bazaar message generally includes his 4-5 75's, but he has alot of 60's.

I know a JP guy with 10 jobs at level 75 and another person with like 8. Its not impossible to do just takes so long and probably is a waste of time to play that mucn.

theres alot of people who let other people play their characters (family etc) when they are away. Also don't the gil sellers share their characters with like 5 other "shifts" of people? this explains why some people are online 24-7....

Hey you never know, he maybe got FFXI when it first started and this game is years old. I think it possible if he started when it first came out.

When you take a closer look at the image, it definitely looks photoshopped(to me at least). Here's an enlarged image of the job window:



Notice how on the right column, the '5' in the '75' looks almost "cut-off" on the right side? Looks to me to be fake. The background gradient also looks inconsistent around the 75's.

2 things. The noise around ever number 75s has the same pattern. I saw that too but it might come from the JPEG compression and not neccesary copy-n-paste. So can't really nail down anything at this point. The background behind the numbers tho aren't identical so JPEG compression seems to have more weight.

If he posts an uncompressed image then we'll see for sure.
