It doesn't confirm it one bit, it suggests it. Considering how they can change dynamics of the game on a whim, I'll wait for confirmation from the developer before jumping the gun.

You have made my day Jenova, thanks for those pic's. I cannot wait for WKC2, and making my avatars incorruptus? AWESOME!!! I really hope I can get close to something, like a samurai gundam warrior look. I hope its not too far away ;.;. I'm really looking forward to picking back up on the storyline.

I honestly think this games the best MORPG/RPG, the online part just adds to the fun. The game in general has awesome concept, beautiful graphics, an you cant ever really go wrong when you have the options to create a nicely detailed avatar with plenty of different possible outcomes. The combo system rocks too, I have so many samurai/katana combos. Random but btw, the "AWESOME" chat filter does not allow you to say the word Kagero which from what I searched is also directly called, Sunfire.It has a few more meanings though. Anyhow, the storyline is awesome according to ones opinion, though is the entire game. One thing I really loved believe it or not, the ending. ....

As much as I enjoyed every minute of the game til the very end. Nothing was better than a promise for a 2nd. Meaning more skills probably, an to those its not news for, your own incorruptus maybe? :D

yes it's a underrated masterpiece that deserves more praise! I mean just imagine if Chrono Cross had a online mode and gameplay like this. well technically back then, online service on consoles wasn't as great back then as it is now, but ya, I would like more JRPGs to include online features like this, even if it's just for quests.

ya the custom combo system has made me witness special combinations that puts FFXI weaponskills to shame. I'm surprised to see so many "samurai" online! xD

Yea, I see a few too, actually saw a guy doing a lancer class sorta. Im just opinionated about it like that though, the games got great potential and already is awesome. White Knight could go for broke so to say...start making a actual MMORPG version. Im just really using imagination on that right now, maybe thats a bit exaggerated though. Games still awesome. And Peter Griffin says it was, "Freakin Sweet."

Edit: Oh and Jenova, had to ask. I think I was in a quest with you other night, did you make your online name Jenova? Well, who knows the odds, but if so waht ahp! XD.

Currently I'm having a lot of fun with a Red Mage build. Basically Elemental and Holy magic and all the staff passives with points in Sword, Staves and Bows. Daggers actually give a very nice MAB and have a very low delay to you are basically throwing out spells at Chainspell speed when hasted. I basically have two gear sets:

A Staff and Cloth armour set with my Nuking/Debuffing macros set and a couple of bow attacks for if I'm out of MP and need to wait on the regen. The sustained damage from this setup can easily outdamage 2 handers consistently (since they need to build AC to use combos). Sure the 2 hander can hit for 2.5k with that 12AC combo but in the time it takes to build up 12AC I could have fired off about 20 (25 when hasted) tier 1 nukes for 150-200 damage each...

A Dagger and Light Armour set. When hasted the delay is the same as a Staff/Cloth armour. I have my dagger weaponskills with a spell added to the end (It's basically like a self-SC plus Magic Burst). It actually gives a nice amount of spike damage, not as much as 2 handers but considering the low delay fills my ATB before my combo has even finished and spells used at the end of combos are insta-cast, I can spam the hell out of tier 2 nukes before the 2 hander can even get the chance to fire off their 12AC combos. It's also pretty nice as a soloing set

Love this game, but I doubt I will pick up the sequel.. I am thinking by the time this game hits, FFXIV will be close(I hope).

But right now I hit a boring patch.. I am on my 3rd rebirth getting it out of the way before I continue onto GR10 and it's soooooo boring. I don't want to get online til I am done.. Sucks.. :-(

don't burn yourself grinding alone all the time, play online and enjoy it with groups from time to time.

Just doing one thing all the time is like always going to work and never taking a vacation, or planning to 100% solo in FFXIV until you're capped.

I wanted to get it out of the way so I can enjoy the online play. I am done now, so now I can grind GRP and farm.

If you're GR9, solo King of Dragons 2. You will get mad XP. The mobs aren't too far apart, and respanw fairly fast. It's a billion times better than doing bootcamp2 from 35-50 >.<

I unlocked Best Served Cold 2. I think that might be the best quest to go from GR8 to GR9.

Caravan Escort II is better to be honest because you can chain the mobs faster and if you have a Black Mage they can just AoE everything on to death considering how narrow the path though Frass Chasm is.

Have you not done King of Dragons? lol I was doing Caravan escort 2 for a while cause Marco heals, but the respawn time is HORRIBLE and KoD2 is GR9, so at 35(if you can kill effeciently) you're getting 750-989 per kill/ Going at 40 is best bet though. The Fire, wind, and scorpions give out the most XP, and the ice and rock give about the same. Lower than the others, but they're easy to kill.

But really, all the maps except the desert and van haven or narrow path.
