my grades finally came in; I was expecting them to be piss poor after the 2.20 I brought back last semester. Nope, 3.57. I was worried I'd lose my scholarship, but as long as they're not super anal about how they score it, I should be okay.

and because I don't feel right just posting random personal crap here, watch this at 1:53 Twitch ; we live in exciting fucking times

    also, tay zonday playin' hearthstone

It starts off a little quiet, then gets loud. Wasn't expecting this during his run, but it was certainly awesome. It starts at 12:25.

    Gruff Dragonborn Paladin
    from a town that only
    ever bartered for goods
    who is afraid of fire.

Interesting. If only the actual gameplay of DND didn't bore me to tears.

    This is goddamn brilliant:
Who the fuck is my #DND character?

This is so dumb but I can't stop laughing at it.

As much as I enjoy the idea of cons, I've never been to one. I would want to cosplay but feel like I'd be displayed all over the internet as a bad cosplayer and that definitely keeps me away. If I went in normal clothes I'd feel like I should have dressed up though.

I do really want to go to Blizzcon some day though.

    Confession: I've been

Guy dressed normally except for animal ears/tail
Swag addict (see also: first-timer who had no idea what he was getting himself into)
Person who has no idea what Homestuck is and doesn't want to know
One of the tabletop players completely unaware there's convention going on around them

These images are kind of big but they're awesome so deal with it.

I spent most of today curled up in front of a fire reading comic books and drinking beer.
