Beating the trash talk out of whippersnappers on Street Fighter.

Some dumb kid started talking trash tonight so we played a long set. 14-1 my favor. After about the fourth game of me mopping the floor with him while pointing out exactly what he was doing wrong he stopped calling me a faggot/pussy. The one time he took a whole match I came back and perfected him the very next round. It felt so satisfying.

I tell ya, kids these days got no respect for their elders.

So this just happened again ten years later. It's absolutely unreal.

I don't get the plumbing reference. Is this a Europe in-joke?

I have some of my own:

Creative Assembly: Why release a content complete game when we can release every one of the 100 unique factions individually as $5 DLC packs?
Capcom: We are (to complete sentence please purchase the "Full Statement" DLC for £20)
Atlus: So we're making a new SMT ga-DID SOMEONE DAY PERSONA? WHO WANTS MORE PERSONA!
TechmoKoei: You know this PC port thing is actually pretty easy Ubisoft...
Codemasters: People still watch F1, right?
Blizzard: Doctor Who is popular! Let's time travel! HEY GUYS! WE'RE STILL RELEVANT! STOP PLAYING HEARTHSTONE AND PAY ATTENTION TO MEEEE!
Bethesda: It doesn't matter if our games are buggy messes, the modding community will fix it and make them infinitely better than we ever could
FUNCOM: We will fix the bugs some da-Oh fuck they're checking our finances! *hurls self out of window*
Ghostlight: Uh, core game mechanics crashing the game isn't a bug! It's a new difficulty challenge!
Sega: You can't play with it! You won't appreciate it in the same way we will!
Relic: There were only Americans in WW2!
CD Projekt Red: Poles Don't Just Do Plumbing Better

Wow. It's been long time since I posted here. But I saw Big Hero 6 last night. And that made me smile. (●—●)

EDIT: This was going to happen eventually. May as well be me who does it:

Jim Sterling sums up everything wrong with Indie Devs thast think they are beyond criticism, and managed to be hilarious at the same time:

My new microphone arrived today: http://www.amazon.com/Blue-Microphon...=blue+snowball

I'm pleased with the performance, although it has made me acutely aware of how loud my keyboard is, which means using it for recording a Lets Play is going to be problematic. At least I'll sound better on all the stuff I record where I'm not actually playing, which is actually quite a lot of the content I contribute to.

My biggest complaint with the thing is probably that it doesn't have a mute button and I haven't found a way to create a mute hotkey that doesn't involve downloading additional software.

Shows how much attention I've been paying, I didn't even realize the 900 series was out.
