Recommendation: Karas

Hey guys

It's been awhile and there hasn't been anything I've personally liked in awhile until I came across Karas. It's 6 OVAs long and originally came out like 2 or 3 years ago. At first I thought it died at OVA #3, but recently found it again on mininova.org. It's really well done and just thought if any of you guys are looking for something new to watch this would probably it. Hope you enjoy.

eh? I don't understand. I included a trailer. If your into anime and want something new to watch then your free to click the trailer(which tells you pretty much what you need to know) before you choose wether or not to download the torrents.

What else would you have me do?

You'd talk about it, tell people why it's so great, maybe give a little of the backstory and plot so we know what the hell it's about.


and then you'd make a thinly veiled comment about giving a torrent link to anyone interested so that the mods don't get pissed.

I liked it for the art and at the time of the release there was a mystery about what was going on b/c things weren't clear. I posted it here because I just thought I'd share since it was something I liked and maybe others here might be interested in it too.

As far as the "little of the backstory and plot", that's covered in the trailer. Is it necessary for me to give a summary of it as well when there is a trailer?

Pictures or in our case a clip is usually better to describe things then words. Isn't there a saying that pictures are worth 1000 words? or how most people on fourms don't accept anything when someone says something unless they have a SS or a parse of it?

Anyways (just for your Feba but there might be some spoilers and I suck at giving summaries), in a world where humans and demons named Yokai coexisit with one another there are beings called Yurine and Karas who maintain order in each city. One day, another being emerges and takes control of the cities. Who is this outsider? and what are his motives?

I'm not sure if that's good or not which is why I like to refrain from giving summaries. They are usually bad and affect people's opinion of the topic. Anyways, hope that's good enough for you guys
