WOW...I just saw the 2nd Renaissance...omg...I'm totally blown away. It was so awesome!! Does anyone know if the Animatrix will be in theaters or come straight to dvd? (dvd i hope!)

It's the entire version of part I. these aren't movies, just "animated shorts."

I can say I was disappointed, when I think about what I expected. But then again, it was far from being anywhere near bad. I liked it, just didn't love it.

I'm really waiting for Final Flight of the Osiris, Kid Story and Detective Story. I love Shoji Kawamori.

But Pai Pai, what I'm asking is, is the 2nd Renaissance pt 1 (on the website) the same exact thing theyll put in the movie? I dont know about the rest a yous guys, but I feel a little disappointed knowing that I have now witnessed 1/10 (or whatever) of the movie

I do believe that was all there was of Second Renaissance Part I. The DVD due out June 3rd will contain all the animated shorts that make up The Animatrix.

i felt really sorry for those two robots who just wanted to make peace, but that was really gross when the robot ripped the guys head apart

The Animatrix has nothing to do with Reloaded other than it is a back story to the whole trilogy.
