You: I have the relevant pages open in my browser right now on the account management site, I'm looking at the options listed on the lodestone as opposed to what I'm actually given on the Square-Enix account management site
Agent Ben W: You've logged onto the Square Enix Account and clicked on Select Service. Then click on Final Fantasy XIV.
Agent Ben W: From there, you should be able to udpate your payment information to 180 days.
You: I've already done this
You: However, I'm looking at the options available from the reactivation page
You: and it's saying only 30 or 90?
You: Allow me to clarify
You: I go to services, FFXIV, and then options list
You: here I can already see the 180 days + Credit/Debit card, this is fine that's what I want

You: However, when I go to re-activate my character, "Nefertina Goldenpaws", and proceed to the select payment & length page
You: it again asks for payment type, which will be my Visa, and at the bottom it asks for Period Length and only lists 30 and 90 days
You: after that there is a confirmation screen showing the basic character fee + the service fee
You: I'm puzzled as to why the 180 doesn't show up there, there are conflicting statements
You: I don't even understand why I'd have to select all this again when I've already done so on the Options menu
You: It's not the end of the world, but I'd like to save the $5 for going 180 if I can - I intend to play this with my friends for a whie

Agent Ben W: I've forwarded your report and we will look into this. In the meantime, however, if you are not able to access 180 day options, we cannot assist in activating that option.
You: From what I understand, Excalibur is a rather popular choice as well and I'd hate to get locked out from joining that server in time
Agent Ben W: Once you have a character on that server, you would not be locked out.
You: My character is currently on Figaro, I want to switch to Excalibur as the merges are happening and people are migrating
You: more over, my friends are already re-subscribed
You: I don't understand why there's no 180 day option the "Reactivate Options" Page

You: I have 210 crysta remaining on my passbook, and I was hoping to clear that off by adding the 490 I'd need for 1 month of FFXI
