What do you think? Since I am not in a HNM LS and consequently do not posess any abjuration gear, I'm pretty much sold on trying to get the pumps and the trousers to go with Errant Hat, Errant Houpellande and the AF mitts.

The body piece sounds appealing too but you'd switch it out when resting, and if you have Nobles then you probably wouldn't bother at all. MP+7% is heaps though - if you have 900MP then 7% is an extra 63MP @_@

1) Pants
2) Boots
3) Mitts
4) Body (definitely not worth 3-4 mil ;p)

these things i want rather badly... but on ifrit they are all about 2mil.. the reason is because the item needed to make them is galateia, and u can only get that in the new uncapped ENM battles.. and even if u get one, u need someone with clothcraft probably at 100 to make them, but im looking forward to getting them..

imho, the legs and hands are the ones worth getting, considering how hard it is to get the galateia

These items are incredibly rare on Midgardsormr; one of the oldest JP HNM (with untold millions in their war chest accumulated) has been paying 6 million for every square of Galatea in sight.

It must be a rare drop ... but the ENMs are so easy to do that I wouldn't be surprised if the price drops eventually. Until then I'll stick with Errant.

Common drops from ENM (Boneyard Gully uncapped). Very good money for those of us not lazy to do them

A very nice set, I definately recommend the boots, the legs and the hands. In order of legs->boots->hands.

The body is up in the air.

Nobles tunic gives +10% cures, refresh and mp+17
The blessed briault gives +7% mp, enmity -5 mnd+5 and enhances bar spells.

7% vs 10% isnt a big difference, however as per - you tend not to ever need your full mp bar so the extra heal+ lightens the load overall more than the extra mp.
I think the nobles clinches it my quite a long way, but the blessed briault is still a nice piece.

I'm lovin' the body so far. First time I got to use it was a Nidhogg battle and it visibly reduced that breath damage. The enmity minus was great but hard to gauge since I always take care with casting and have spent merits/equip for stacked enmity. Overall I lasted longer than WHMs who wear Noble during the same battles. This is the kind of equipment set you'd want to take to a Tiamat or Vrtra battle.

I imagine the MP+7% would be particularly useful to Elvaan WHMs, too.

The price of these is already falling on Siren. Already fallen 10% from the original 3M gil for trousers. They are always available in the AH and people bazaars so I have high hopes this trend continues.

I recently picked up the Blessed Briault and Blessed Pumps and after some testing it seems the "Increase Effect of Elemental Resistance Spells" on Briault is broken. Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't it add more to spells such as Barstonera, Barthundra etc like Cleric's Pantaloon's do? I'm sure I'm not going mad when I say this but I recall Cleric's Pantaloon's having the same wording as Blessed Briault once but was changed to "Elemental Resistance Spells+20" at some point but they've always worked. No matter what I did Blessed Briault would not add anymore to my elemental resistance spells so either it is totally broken or it actually increases the status resistance spells and the wording is horribly wrong.
