WHM Pet Peeves?

No. It is not a blessing. It's annoying. Extremely annoying, and *ahem* "Im busy" in search comment?? Hello....? Think a party leader who NEEDS a whm BAD will care if you're busy..? Granted, Ive done that before and the person paid my search comment no mind. If I dont feel like partying I just dont. Not taking advantage of the fact that I get them in 2.5 seconds either. Just what I said, if I dont feel like it. I dont feel like it.

I've traveled MANY miles to a pt just to die cause the pt sucked. Realizing exactly why the leader couldnt get one in the area he/she was in.

At higher lvls you will quickly realize no one hangs out in the exp zones waiting for a party invite, especially whm and blms. With warps (hp in jeuno), teleports, and airship no one ever sits in the zone waiting for an invite (too many places to exp as well). I spend my time lfp crafting, questing, farming, exploring, curing friend's parties. I never sit in Jeuno or an exp zone waiting for the invite, and I love it. You might consider it a burden now, but its a blessing as you gain the ability to travel the globe in seconds.

P.S. That party in 2.5 seconds thing doesn't last much past 30 (still better than most dmg dealers, but there are a lot less parties above 30). I'm use to waiting 45-60 mins if I'm not going to start a party with usual friends.

What ticked me off was when I was lvl'ing RDM and the WHM decides he will melee and heal himself, and nothing more, leaving me as RDM to heal. This is fine except that it was the WHM I was cureing and not the other pt members...

Personal pet peeves..

- DRK using Soul Eater at the worst possible moment
- RDM not refreshing you then yelling at you when you finally get so irritated you ask "Can you please refresh when convenient?"
- PLD who don't use food -.-;;
- PT having 2 WHMs. Not needed, and in the end I end up curing while the other wastes MP bombing Banish and Holy.
- "QUICK CHAIN 5!!!11" "I have 23/640MP..." "Just 2h Cael".... *rests 100mp and warps the hell out*

LOL, that's what happened to each of my chars. Back when I was still a noob, my main char's asking for teleport dem and here's a nice jp whm wanted to teleport me for free ^^ Then bang, she was in Konscthat and me still in Jeuno =p I found out that I only had Mea crystal =p The other case is with my other char, I forgot that my whm char didn't have Mea crystal and I asked for Teleport Mea .. doh

Added to that, when you come raise their pt member, the other pt member will start checking your equipment. But so far, those people who I raised are at least say "thanks" and bow, it's just their other pt member that I can't stand of

The other one is a galka rdm/war (small mp pool, not eating food or mp boost equipment, no enfeebling, no nuke), when the leader tell him he should sub mages, his reply is, I only want to melee .. Doh then why don't you play your melee job :confused:

Lol i know what u feel.... i died <as blm/rdm> in Valkurm <i h8 that place> and someone got a raise for me...lol and the one person was being nice saying thank u and offering a few 100 gil....while the other person was being a dick and saying wtf r u healing for !!! so.... the whm didnt raise me! lol i left the pt and blist'd that person

i hate

1. pullers who constantly run into agro or link and then bring it back expecting us to kill it when i have like 30 mp

2. nin who cant tank yet they try to (especially tarus)

3. when im in the jungle people who keep moving back towards me and then the mandy just spams dream flower

4. people who just throw my advice in the trash like that stupid pld who dident cure at all so i made him cure himself then i stupidly thought he learned his lesson and cured him but what do a know its as if he forgot!

I can switch to my level 1 Thf and tell you how to heal, and you will listen since I have both high level whm and rdm and know wtf Im talking about, drop the bitch attitude.

People with any /p or /s macros in spells that are used frequently or abilities, TP is ok. These macros are just filling up more of my log space and most people know what the spells do or trust them to do their job. You dont need to notify the party everytime youre casting refresh, cure, dispel, erase, ballad, whatever.
