Yeah, the chain nuking macro is a really, really bad idea and shouldn't be followed by any sensible nuker.
Anyway the debuff stackable issue has been debated (to death) on the RDM forums and one of our esteemed senior RDMs has clarified the isse on both the elemental debuffs and enfeebling debuffs.
Thanks go to Apple Pie for clarifying the issue.

I'm afraid not. As far as I know, there's a certain priority between Dia and Bio spells, which is,
BioII > DiaII > Bio > Dia
For instance, if you cast Bio after Dia, Bio takes effect and overwrites Dia. These effects don't coexist. If you then cast DiaII after Bio, DiaII takes over Bio and Bio is erased.
However, you can't overwrite DiaII by Bio, nor can you overwrite BioII by any others (DiaII, Bio, and Dia).
If you want to know the relationship between Dia and Bio (not DiaII and BioII), try pulling both Orcs (Beastrider or Cursemaker) and Gobs (Leecher) in Batallia or elsewhere. You can try this if you are even at LV70 since both of spells aren't resisted.
BTW, poison coexists with either Dia or Bio and for Elemental Enfeebling, there's a priority, too.
