    normally 100-200
sometimes it goes up to 500-600 in a little crowded PT place.
Serveral places my ping goes as high as 2000. jeuno, boyarda,

503ms holyshit but i think its the computer more then the connection cause my mate has the same ISP and his computer fly's on the net. You could have a good old laugh with this computer if you've seen it 133mhz, 1mb video card and you could imagine the rest

I dont think that the computer will make this change since you are running an EXTERNAL operation and you are using DOS...and dos don't need more than a x86 to run...lol!
BUT your modem can change the values..a lot...just use a good one...!

And Jei...at 2000ms do you see laggy??

So noone knows how to change MTU settings?

Who? What does it matters? Or...do you need a name to describe me? A definition by words is merely a means to deceive oneself. It's meaningless before the truth. What matters is how you perceive things. The slightest shift, then life and death no longer have any meaning.

          Good topic.

The first time I got 4162 ms (2 of the 4 timed out) I have no idea what went wrong, but I averaged around 350ms the other 5 times I did it. 4 hops from Upstate NY. Below average dial-up connection.

                  Thank you....

And... well i have a ping like yours from Europe but i know the problem is the EURO-ASIATIC backbone...that messes up the connection...the AMERICA-ASIA connection is a lot more improved

THIS confirms that ANY computer from italy will get a 330-360ms value...(attacked image)

                            I have 480 ms average.

Could any of the current players with relative the same delay tell me if I will leg or not ?

Maybe Jei could tell how it is when he has 500 ping (in the little crowded areas ... ).

                            Thanks!
