    I'd also say that in the case or RDM, a second tier might just change the nature of how the Spell is cast, like Phalanx II, which RDM's claim "isn't worth it" because SCH can AoE the first tier and SCH is really only a few points behind RDM on enhancing skill if we're talking ideal the maximum Ehanching builds.

    And if RDMs are complaining about Phalanx II MP costs now, Accession isn't going to make them any happier at twice the usual cost.

    Accession would still be advantageous for Refresh and Haste, though, so long as there's more than two people in PT that need it.

    I'd also like to again point out that SE was more than happy to pass out the "stance" and "charge" approach to many jobs over the last year. First it was SAM with Hasso and Seigan stances, they built on the idea with SCH and added Strategem charge to mix in with that idea.

    COR got charge applied to Quick Draw, under subjob in this new scheme, they'll also get Velocity Shot by level 90.

    MNK got Footwork and we still don't quite know what the make of that.

    RDM got Composure at 50 and new enspells, no one else will be able to have composure

    WHM got Afflatus Solace and Afflatus Misery at 40, but Auspice came at 55 and Sacrifice at 65. So other jobs get to enjoy some of the effects, but WHM gets the most out of it and likely will get more.

    SCH, as I said before, will always have the lead on stratagem charges, no other job will probably see more than two of them at a recast of two minutes. which SCH might gain up to 6 with potentially a 30 second recharge if SE's method of scaling is anything to go by. There will probably be at least one new tier of stratagems, too.

    SMN's Avatar's Favor is 55.

    MNK qot Footwook at 65

    WAR got Retaliation at 60

    NIN got Innen and Yonin at 40.

    THF got Accomplice and collaborator at 65, but I'm going to note Triple Attack is 55.

    SE likes to put these changes in multiples of 5, particularly over level 50, which is the new point where no new skills can be drawn from, like level 38 under the current design since we can only have level 75. Everything stops at 49.

    Those that are saying SE wasn't planning for a level increase - its probably a good idea to review these particular fasts.

    Some of these updates could be argued to have been implemented prematurely, such as the ones THF, WHM, MNK and NIN got feel sort of incomplete, don't they? There could be new abilities and spells that play heavily into these

    While many are understandbly excited at the possibility of gaining Refresh with /rdm I'd temper that with the knowledge of an extra 24 levels worth of spells with presumably greater MP costs. It may be that Refresh II is needed to just keep up with the cost of spamming level 90-99 spells.

    I used Hundred Fists against an orc that had Orcish Counterstance up. It was a very sorry sight to see. Dead before I could cancel it

    It's really helpful. The extra 16~17 HP might not seem like much but every bit counts when you're tanking those Orcs and their bullshit counterstance that can't be dispelled and gives them practically 50% or higher chance to counter)


    That one time I died from 12 consecutive counters is forever burned in my mind. God that was BS.

    I'm guessing Refresh II will be like Regen II, double power. So 6 Mp/tic will still be fairly potent. Best Case Scenario (With out Cor, and as a Pld), can be up to 6 (RII) +1 (Auto) +1 (Sanction) +3 (Ballad X2) +1 (Necklace I think its +1) 12 total Refresh. If My math is correct...

    I can relate. My first job to 75 was SMN and in {Campaign} I never filtered the chat log. After years of watching my chat log zoom by, someone I was teamed up with in {Campaign} finally asked me why I was letting Carby attack from behind. I remember making some kind of sexual joke and not taking him too seriously until he elaborated on WHY I shouldn't.

    Clueless... absolutely clueless that it negated DMG. I finally have an answer as to why I occasionally got crap experience from a battle that lasted just as long as another where I got great experience.

    I wonder... all-in-all how much experience I lost out on because of this info. I'm sure it would be enough to at least get me to level 80.

    Lol. I found out that from my linkshell. I kept hitting for 0s, and I was just like WTF!?, then a link member chimed in saying that if they use Diamond Shell they take no damage from behind. Hence why its called Diamond Shell.

    Odd, it's the Quadav where I can tank SAM/DNC. They're pretty easy, really ... it's just that I'm not so great at holding them if I don't have some solo time on them.
