Korjiro, RELAX! Calm down, you don't have to flare up! Who the hell cares when the Beta closes, I for one only care to see an e-mail in my Inbox telling me I'm in... And, even if Hachima hasn't given any proof, who are we to judge him? I say somebody closes this thread because it seems to mostly have become a battle between Kiddish and Korjiro and who wants/needs that?

i said earlier, if you finished reading my post, that this was all in good sport. a "pleasurable challange".

secondly, the whole point of a forum like this is to speculate, find flaws, praise people for making accurate predictions and so on. i in NO way hold malace for Hach or kiddish. from most of hach's posts, i sense a very bright person, as well as kiddish. why close this thread? its a great discussion.

and as for me flaring up, i was merely proving a point, trying to understand why he didnt show proof, i got it, and im satisfied..

Ok!, I realize that when this post by me becomes readable, after i hit the "Submit Reply" that I will be a total hippocrate, and go against most of the things i have tried to flame hachima with in the past, so be forewarned, and no flaming me about it because i admitted it :p

I said that considering nobody has any concrete evidence, who are you going to believe; People who actually give reasons for their point of view, or people that bash the other side for not giving "proof."

This would be up to us ourselves, it's not fair to flame anyone that has a different opinion, because, well just look at ur post a few pages back kiddish, and quoted above, no one has ANY concrete evidence. It wasn't right for me to flame hachima as bad as i did, and in the past on that day i stated that i was in a bad mood.

Whether or not Hachima is right and the beta closes today, or whether or not it closes in a week. I just want to give my formal apology to him, he is a very good forum member and helps a lot of people out as i have noticed in some random posts by him. As well, I want to personally apologize to KiDDish, or however the caps lock goes, for the message above from ur quote, and for anything i have said that could have offended you by your opinion.

Anyone else who i have offended because of opinion, I'm sorry. (Can't think of specific usernames right now, sorry ) But I hope I'll have the chance to play with all of you when the beta comes out in NA. Maybe if I get accepted Hachima, you and me could play together sometimes and work out our issues. Sorry for all this commotion, and GoodLuck to you all in getting accepted.

tadaaa!! I think that concludes it pretty much....now as i said the question that still needs an answer is; is this a stress test or a simple connectivity one? There's a big difference in user number between the two so this would be a valuable info.....

And it will probably be a stress/connectivity, i mean they might want to test thier servers a bit, but we wont know till the beta itself.

From this point on all I can do is guess. I'm not sure how ready they are to use the people they are going to select for the test. Just from my personel correspondance with Square I think the beta isn't going to start until the end of May at the earliest.

From a pure standpoint of the "24th" being the date they stop using any new beta submissions I would give them 1 week to sort through them. Then in the next week send out messages to "pre-qualified" people.

Then give these people 2 weeks to mail the agreements back. Whether it be an electronic agreement or real mail.

Then give Square another 3 weeks to package and mail out the kits. Meaning in a 3 week period people will recive kits. Some earlier than others.

This would start the beta at the end of May. Which would be good timing I think. This would let them make the first announcements at E3 and let them have the spotlight then. Then release it to the public for testing a couple weeks after E3.

Again this is just my personal feelings using the past experience of participating in many betas. Feel free to comment and give your reasons for a different timeline =)

hehehe, I think your right, square isn't that keen on their perfection of dates. Nice lil joke though.

Now that i think about it after ur last post hachima, end of may doesn't sound so far away :p I'd be happy if beta started then, even if i don't get in. Cuz that means that through-out summer it may be around.
