I get stuck on the spawning point for large periods of time because of people who AFK after warping.

When I'm out Soloing on my DRG/WHM and the fight ends - while Ginger is starting to glow for healing breath. For some reason she forgets why she's glowing when the mob dies. I get to spend the MP again, and if there is anyone else out there soloing there's a chance that extra moment will lose us the next mob.

I know Ginger is smarter than that, she keeps me alive very well. I just don't understand why the mobs death confuses her so much. It happened like 5 times last night.

People who quit the game when they owe someone else money, and refuse to respond to IMs or phone calls. They should DIAF.

My old friend let me borrow his astral ring he bought for 110k, i left the linkshell, an sold it for 150k and put him on /blist....

Anyways, this has always been an annoyance, but this week this is really fucking killing me: When I'm running, I stop running, I REMAIN FULLY STOPPED FOR AT LEAST 1-2 FULL SECONDS, go to cast a spell, and the spell is interrupted because the game takes too fucking long to register that I'm no longer moving.

I've found two things that help. One, if I just stopped moving before casting, I'll back up a step to (hopefully) end up where the game thought I started casting.

But even more important is the second thing, which is to stop running by using the L1 button on my PS2 controller before casting a spell. It seems as though this registers you as stopped at the location where you actually stopped.


And a minor peeve is people going idle on a home point or BC exit. By this I do not mean outside the mog house exits. I specifically mean the WoTG Recall points and the exit for Moblin Mazes. I've seen people there for hours, sometimes even in kneel. The worst part about it is if you come out dead from a solo MMM (yes, I know how stupid that is because I've done it), nobody can target you because 1) the game won't tab through two people on the exact same spot (at least not with the D-pad), and 2) you're a taru, and that galka is covering your name, so someone can't even read your name to do a command-line Raise unless you /tell to them first.

This always happens if the wyvern's target dies while they are readying it. The way around it is if the mob is low health use a self-cast spell(Poisona, Barspells, Pollen) when the mob is at low health as opposed to an offensive spell, this makes the wyvern target you rather than the mob and keeps this from happening.

My trigger spell is Poisona. I think Ginger just likes to ready the breath, but take just one more wack at the mob before she fires it off It hasn't killed me yet, so I'll just grumble about it.
