Yar, its getting that way with my Dynamis shell -.-
So help me if the M.I.A. rdms that skip runs get those boots or outland relic before our top 3 and me >_>;
Luckily I got nothing to worry about on thf with exception to hands, and that worry is d/cing when they drop >.>; Or server crash again.

Oh have I got one that will make you grind your teeth. Previous ls had a person that had rdm lvled but told people that he HATED it and was never going to play it again. So he'd show up on occasion to do events on any other job. On the other hand we had a rdm that came to every single event and absolutely loved his rdm. So eventually the day is going to come when rdm af2 hat is gonna drop and everyone thought the regular rdm would get it especially since the other guy was rarely on. (But of course Dy-Xarc he was always there!) Rule of thumb in the ls was that the equips go to people who utilize them the most and what benefits the ls the most. (At least this is the s**t that was shovelled to everyone.) So rdm af2 hat drops and the "I hate rdm" guy is there and so is our no. 1 rdm. The leader gave the hat to the "I hate rdm" guy. His reason? Because he likes to collect hats. Yes...absolutely 100% true. Did the guy start coming regularly after that? No. The first event after he came on rdm but that was about it unless someone *coughMEcough* said something about why did he have the hat if he wasn't going to use it. Hope no one in your shell "collects hats". lololololololol

Luckily, our rules are set more or less to avoid events like that ;3
Point based tier systems for lotting heh. Though recently our fearless galka leader is getting worried/annoyed about some of the long term members getting 100+ points now cause he'd excepted everyone to get at least some drops. More or less, the concept is to lower a person winning outland relic by a tier so that others can get a chance in winning relic. With about 10 points making the difference between teirs, and lot probations for new members lasting 4 runs, members who have skipped runs without a valid/reason why, or people who recently changed main lotting choices @_@;

Yar, but more or less now, its just the people who closely maxxed out their points coming and going to runs where relic they need/want drops now >.>;
Getting annoying to make "fair" rules for everyone who goes. >_> I don't die for people to come and go as they please! Being the main and probally no longer only thief of the ls >.>;

Espically with this thf, who was brd and bst 24/7 then pup major, now is just getting on my nerves. Espically with that xarcy brd/sam stunt. And bitching when I asked her to learn the pulls, complaining about how she gets sleepy from doing her duties as brd/whm, and when I asked her to pay attention to pull order. Oh to add to the fact, she and our second-in-command are on furs end against each other more or less, I'm puzzled why we haven't kicked her yet, being the lazy, "selfless" member she is.

Isn't it supposed to work, you do your duties as the ls officers and the shells rules ask you to do the moment signed up and gotten accept to work with the shell?

Argh, headache!

I'm really gonna have fun pulling another useless bastok tomorrow >_>
Thing I hate that takes away the fun from Dynamis are:
-People who get themselves killed cause they rested infront of the camp where the mobs come from
-People sleeping at the wrong time or mobs
-Keep getting new ppl in the shell who don't have city/beau clears
-Asked questions about what to do in middle of pulls
-AFKers who afk almost all the runs, rarely afk ppl who go auto-follow or the ones that afk cause they're about to fall asleep and ended up causing a wipe cause they aggroed three yag stones >.>;

People dropping pt w/o disengaging and keeping claim on mobs while the tank get beat to shit. Although one time my R was jumping between 0-2000+ and I disengaged suzaku and disbanded but kept claim, then couldn't join the pt, even typing /join and whatnot it just wouldn't join from the lag of death. It was fixed after ~30 seconds, and no one died, but it was stupid and dangerous. SE needs to get rid of the claim keeping thing D:

I wouldn't know about Dynamis, I've never been in one ... maybe by the time I work a second job to 75, people will announce those LS somewhere I pick up on, for a time I can be there...

mire CAN be good when its empty
best time is actually when there is no astral candy
even w/o the exp bonus + having to take the boat there
also idk about your server, but on ragnarok when the AC is gone; they world goes into chaos
no one merits at all and just bitches about it
and expect the JP players to fetch it, and last time it was gone for like a week and a half, it was like the great depression of ffxi

Seraph rarely looses AC and most still function in the older areas during the rare times.

Yes, I take off my pearl or log off when the AC is gone. People refuse to pt without the bonus and because they have to actually put effort into getting to an exp spot. Yet, they sit in the ls and complain and complain and complain about the AC being gone. If you say (and I have) "Hey I have an idea! Let's all get together and get it back!", the first thing said will be "Nah, let the JP's do it." /em smashes her head against her desk.

I secretly want ToA camps to die, so I'm not asking any JPs to go get the AC for us. You enjoy those Campaigns and I'll enjoy them with you.

Part of it is that its given all those waiting for invites something better and more productive to do that gives worthwhile EXP.

I can make a few 3k EXP in a couple hours or I can wait hours to merit if I'm a melee.

Hmmmm.

I can play cure bucket and or I can go out enfeeble, nuke, sleep and beat the hell out of beastmen with my club.

Hmmmm.

Yeah, AC's gonna get stolen a lot more, I think.

yeah i havent even got the cutscenes for wotg although i did install it, camp. sounds like some simple/fun exp
can you do it solo like in besieged? you can get xp while lfp that way; although i always make gil while lfp, this way when i don't get an invite i didn't totally waste my time D:
