After all these years I just soloed Apocalypse Nigh. XD

I went in just to Leeroy Jenkins it but I actually won. lolololol

Meeble burrows Adjunct 1 clear.
It's quite fun to play allthough both wiki's are a bit confusing but ince you work it out it's pretty cool. Its pretty much MMM though just not as complicated.

Cleared 45 on my second attempt, I would've won the first time but I was probably too panicky and didn't notice I had run out of mp while Chain-nuking the girl (spoiler prevented) so my doom time ran out before I could finish her. XD

Second time went without problems at all.



Now only M51 left, hopefully I'll be able to solo it too.

Completed all the Nation quest arcs and got to Mission 44 plus I got the item for 45. d(^^d)

Tomorrow I'll try to get to 50 and see if I can solo 51 which is the last fight, given I can actually solo M45 first that is. XD

I'm having fun with missions, but I failed the Energizer Bunny quest and have to wait a few more minutes before I can try again. I just kept missing 2 npcs that were sort of hidden because I was in such a rush to get to the NPC I actually had in sight I never noticed the other 2, then got to the end of the line with 2 charges missing 2 times in a row. XD

Still, this mission amuses me way more than it probably should.

The best use for the earring is attack and TP Bonus as a WS earring. From what I understand, the Regain is inconsequential.

RDM fights take way longer than other jobs' though, so regain would help me more than it ever could a DD job. Also the 25TPBonus makes close to zero difference on any WS I have access to, and since I get the most dmg by spamming 100TP WS instead saving for a 200 or 300TP Regain is much more desirable to me. About the Acc bonus instead of Att it was because all the physical WS I use are multi-hit. Although I've since decided to make it Att instead because once I get around to clear Kupo (I'm on the last fight) my new WS hat will have +15WS accuracy +4STR / +10 Acc +5 Att augments, so another +4 acc will probably be overkill.


PS > And for lights (and for Brewing someday) I already have capped TP in Abyssea with Smithing Blow + Martial knife, so even if I tried to use it for that the TP from the earring would be wasted anyway. <_<

I have heard for certain WS that the Atk/TP bonus is one of the best earrings out there.
I hear it’s good for Ukko and Smite but not for Ruinator. I don’t know all the mechanics around it
But it has been tossed around on BG a lot as being one of the best earrings.

Still undecided about the earring if I manage to finish the missions though, been thinking Regain & acc +4 for when I single wield (got Suppa for DW)

Is BLU one of those jobs that you should have leveled pre-abyssea?

I think mines 10 or so with some basic spells. I’ve thought about leveling it on meh days but then I realized there’s a shit ton of spells. On top of that, many horror stories about learning them
