Yeah... i understand how that feels sometime.. esp with pl ; ; but i also like Zemptem's "innocent before proven guilty" statement...
now that I gotta know some of the new recuit we had few weeks ago... they are actually quite nice ppl too... it's hard to tell a person character... but it seems if ur ls has a open atmosphere... new recuit are more likely to blend in... also I make an effort to say hi to each of the new recuit if I see some unfamiliar names on the ls too... and we try to help them feel at home asap... (i like to give them nicknames as soon as they start chatting up with the ls... it makes u feel a lot cozier)

I hope so too... things are starting to get back on track on my LS... we just opened the HNMLS and Dynamis board today... with sign ups for currently LS member :D It seems the leaders at the HNM branch have been working hard :D I hope opening a HNM and Dynamis branch won't draw in too many new recuit... and flood my LS with greedy people ; ;~

Yeah... i always thought this is one of the topic that isn't talked about much.. but is really important to the game... the people you play with and getting them to work together... I wish there're guides and 101's on LS management just like crafting and quest/missions ; ;~

GrandMom, I can't believe u were in that LS for that long @_@~ those people sound "absolutely" teenager like... to be honest I really don't like the word noob... i would use it as a joke, but anyone that use it as an insult only show immaturity... Personally I would have leave the LS right when the 75 said something like that... If I'm not welcomed there.. then I don't need to be there.
