About spoilers....
I like to be able to see the story as I go, but its a bit of a pain to have to get 5-10 levels inorder to get to the next rank....and thus the next part of the story.
No Ifs Ands or Buts about it.

Hmm.... Yeah, there doesn't seem to be too much saying that it's Jueno. After all, Jueno's seems to be a huge tower built on the sea. (see pic.)
The city in the opening is Tavnazia, alright. After all, look at the top of that plateau-ish place. The two groups of buildings to the right and left are consistent with those in the pics of Tavnazia and in the opening movie. The only thing changed is that there's no land. It's surrounded by the sea in the pic. Why? Cuz according to the text in the main site,
"Before the Great War, this region was actually a peninsula connected with the mainland. However, a devastating explosion caused by a weapon of the beastmen resulted in the disintegration of a large portion of the surrounding landscape."
I don't know if any of these countries really own this place. After all, the voiceover mentions that all 4 nations allied together in a "desperate alliance." It's an entirely different nation, I believe, as the main site says "This tiny set of islands was once home to the proud nation of Tavnazia." My only question to that is... where's their army? After all, the soldiers shown marching in the intro. should be soldiers of all 4 nations.
And yes, the boy in the opening movie is Aldo. After all, you hear his sister, Evelyn say to him, "Aldo, listen. You've got to climb."

Maybe I am way off here but I thought I read or even seen a cut scene where the tarus summon fenrir to save them? it wasn't in the opening scene or anything but I think that fenrir saved them.

What I don't get is that...Aldo called his sis "Ammalin" or something similar...but then...who is Verena? According to the other dudes from tenshodo she is Aldo's sister?
I always thought that since Aldo's sis in the OP, has an empathy and could communicate, with the beastmen, the orcs didn't kill her?Eiyuu *Midgardsormr*

Emelyn, Ammalyn, same thing. It's possible also that Aldo has difference brothers and sisters. ^^ Of course, this means Emelyn is older, Aldo the middle sibling and Verena the youngest (known to me anyway)Originally posted by Eiyuu

From my limited knowledge of Windurstan lore, I think that the summoning of Fenrir was to save the city of Windurst from the horde of Yagudos that were attacking, in a large, but separate, attack.Originally posted by Outaru
