Why SQUARE-ENIX dont kick the gil sellers even though everyone in the server know about them?

first of all what im goin to say is just what i think
I believe SE themself sell gil becouse of 2 things
#1 selling gil is good moneymaker $$ for SE
#2 they didnt kick gil sellers till now maybe becouse gil sellers annoy you they camp everything 24/7 so there will be no mob/nm left for you to farm or hunt XD
so you will end up buying gil and thats what SE wants
Total accounts at FFXI 550.000
so what happen if this gil sellers stay for another 10 years? and
If SE keep selling gil for 10 years for example?
SE lost : (people that quit) 42.735.000$
SE profit (selling gil) 125.400.000.0$
SE monthly fee for 10 years: 874.665.000$
they just made more profit than the monthly fee itself XD

Lets say 5% of the people will quit cuz of the gil sellers (even though 5% is too high) then thats 27.500 player quit becouse of gil sellers
Lets say what will happen if gil sellers stay for another 10 years for example m(-_-)m
5% of the people that quit becouse of gil-selling
Total dollers lost = 10(years)x12(months)x13.95 (monthly fee)
x27.500(total players quit) = 42.735.000$
some players buy gil every month and some even buy alot more than 1 million a month and many people just dont buy gil
so i will just say that every player buy 1million every 4months for the next 10 years
total dollers from selling gil =
80$(million gil price lets say)x1millions bought)x522.500(players
that buy gil)x10(years)x3(every 4 months gil bought so thats 3 times a year)
= 125.400.000.0$
lets count howmuch money SE getting from us after 10 years of playing
=10(years)x12(months)x13.95(monthly fee)x522.500(total players) = 874.665.000$

even if my numbers was lower or higher about the gil selling part SE will still get alot of free $$$ and thats not bad SE love $$
