Congrats Nadyxes! Nennkinn, dropped by Exoray, is also difficult to obtain. At LV49, you won't get much exp pts either (100 per Exoray). I went yesterday and my PT didn't get a single drop. Bomb item is easier, if I recall.

Hehe, I was in a 39-41 PT the other day. One person levelled up to 42, so the lost souls got tasteless. The PT leader wanted to go tackle liches :sweat:

I, being my first time at this level, trusted their judgement, so...

I missed the whm in this shot, but he's lying not too far away. :sweat:

LV39~41 is too early for Lich Your PT leader should be shot for getting you killed 3 times. I died last night when my PT was going for Exoray item. # went out to tsuri and 2 pulled Exoray and 1 catapillar, all at the same time. needless to say their eagerness to find Nenkin caused me and the WHM to die. I asked the morons to call for help. They didn't. Not having BLM to use Escape really hurt.

level 45+ should tackle Lich.
Sometime people wants to try some tougher enemies when the current enemy we were fighting got tastless or the place is dam crowded. We once went to fight the Tomb Mage at level 52, bad idea almost got ownz...lol lucky the other pt saved our asses. Then they said this place for level 54+...

Alex is correct. I died first when I tried to put several to sleep with Suripuru 2. Wimp WHM, who would only cast Cure 2 died 2nd.

i know how u felt......

a few days ago, i was in a 3 hour PT and we had 1 drop, someone else got it
yesterday, i was in a 4 hour PT and no drop
today, 2 hours pass by n still no drop.... wish me luck for the next 2 hours....

break quest done finally ><
took 2 exoray pts and 1 bomb pt to complete it

the bomb pt was 10 minutes and almost 100% drop
more like 95% drop

the first exoray pt was bad killed so many exorays and no drops

the second one was still bad---killed lots of exorays until got the drop

i think i spent like total hours finding exoray : 2-3 hours

Congrats Nadyxes! i guess you joined those PTs after we PTed last night. 2~3 hours is not bad. It could have been worse and the best part is you finally got all the items

the lich item was a pain for me, i finally got it after another trip which took 4 hours.... long and painful, but atleast, it's over with, now it's keeping ears up for break2 shouts

Sorry this is off topic, but its along the same lines..

I've spent the past few days in Oz in parties trying to get the key for my AF. Low and behold I actually got the key in a Raise2 party (4 hours in, last yag before we fought the last high priest before we were all going to return, it drops). Not much to complain about there since I got it, its the other person (red mage) who needed the key too that really makes me pissed off, cause I know exactly how they feel. I tried my best to express that it would have been great if there were two dropped, but what the hell can you say, you can't fix it ><. I think I would have rather been the one to lose the lot since after such frustrating experiences I'm prepared to go away empty handed. I really dont like these things that you try hard and are persistent and you end up getting nothing ><

To make matters worse, raise2 didn't drop either, so I was actually the only person to get anything which made me feel worse. Hard effort should be rewarded.. but what can be done..

Lot is fair and square. Sometimes you win, most of the time you lose. You shouldn't feel bad. Personally, I like a system where who gets what is determined ahead of the trip (if agreed by all PT members). This is how I got my Lich item. I was scheduled for the 2nd drop and got mine. Otherwise, I might still be hunting for Papi.
