Strange Weapon

I checked someones bazaar today and noticed this weapon on the way out. I'm not brilliant at Japanese but I can tell it says something about Chocobo's and became intriqued. If anyone knows exactly what it says or even how to get it please post.

Chocobo wand, you get it for being 1/2/3 in the Server counts of like deaths pts and what not.

Yah, it's a Chocobo Wand. Given out during the Anniversary Campaign while the moogles were giving out the crackers. The wand is only given to the top 3 players of selected categories stated, like death counts, battle counts and such...

Ummm I got one, is there anyway to tell what Ive been rated top in? I heard it was a 1/1000 chance first, which is true, that or this?

Look at the dates on their posts. It's a year old. Obviously it is not the same thing as the first anniversary event.

Sorry, my post was a little vague. I meant the conditions to get the wand are different :sweat:

It is the same Chocobo Wand though and it's obtained the exact same way. This was given away last year at the first anniversary too.
