BCNM 60.. New RSE

I was looking up on Myster tour for some info on bcnm 60, becuase I am interested in getting the new RSE for mithra feet (River Gaiters). It's a bcnm 60 at Qu'Bia Arena, although they have 2 different ones list for bcnm 60 there. One of them is for the new RSE for feet (the one I want) and the other is for the new RSE for hands. My question is what decides which fight we get once a Moon orb is traded??

It might or might be like the BCNM40 option. With the patch the mandy fight is the top option.

I think all bcnm with more then one option gives you the choice to choose now. For bcnm 30 you can choose the 3 person or the 6 person one.

Has anyone actually done this bcnm? Looking for some tips and advice. I'm guessing it's hard since the feet are worth so much on my server. Bcnm 60, 4 mobs, 30 mins doesn't really sound that hard but could be way off.
