Leveling my warrior is going pretty slowly. It's so boring and its talents are so poorly thought out that from time to time I go and play my newbie druid. Druid is pretty fun thus far.

Yeah, and RNG hates me so it never sends me anywhere else. I have five toons in that level range though.

Been leveling my DK a lot lately, was trying so damn hard to get her out of the hellhole known as Outland. I spent all weekend getting her from 66(alomst 67)-68 so she could move into Northrend, and I finally got there last night. She was fully rested, too, and the xp was still slow as fucking balls running through Outland.

Travel to Northrend and the quests give nearly twice as much as I was getting in Outland. I was getting 12k on average in Netherstorm, I went to Howling Fjord and started getting 20k a pop, and I'm halway through 68. Would have kept going if it weren't for the fact that I apparently need to sleep at some point before I go to work. Lol. So now that it's so much faster, I've gotten pretty excited about leveling her and getting her to cap, because I remember the grind from 80-85 wasn't bad, and if 68-80 goes as fast as it seemed to go last night it's going to be a breeze to level her.

I'm learning to exploit rested xp though, not that it's an exploit but I'm starting to rotate toons. I want to get my DK done so I probably won't let her rest as much as I could (still gets about 2 bars overnight/while I'm at work, nothing spectacular but I'll take it), but my other toons I'm resting for days on end, then play them until it wears off, got my Pally from 20-26 this way in about 3 hours.

And while dungeon leveling is fun it is seriously way slower, even if I'm questing as I'm in the queue. Maybe that's because I keep getting thrown in Wailing Caverns which is a painfully slow instance but honestly I'm just going to solo my way to cap because it's been much quicker.

I don't know if that's necessarily worse than some dude finding out that he wasn't cyboring with a girl but with another dude ... who happens to be of that population of dudes that like other dudes. Ahem.

If anything, guys are more turned on by gay women. They'd probably bug me even more. The boyfriend lie works well. Most of them back off, and those that don't, I can deal with. I just don't understand why this one chick things I'm after her man. Insecurity issues much? Please. If I'm going to steal anyone's boyfriend, I'm at least going to look locally.

Hmm ... maybe try the, "I'm a single mother with 5 kids out of wedlock" and see if they run to the hills like they're on fire.

(A friend of mine always roll a male character and usually they don't bother her ... and she never speaks up in Vent)

So I was able to pug Heroic Stonecore. Holy shit, felt good. o.o;

Also pugged Heroic Deadmines. the new bosses. Slowly but surely getting my gear in place :3

Lot of people have been leaving the guild lately, and I've figured out why: our bitch of a guild master. She started some shit with me yesterday, as I have made friends with her boyfriend. /facepalm.

First of all, in the guild, people believe that I am seeing someone offline. This is false, but I say it because A. I am not interested in another online relationship and B. I do not want to be constantly hit on by horny WoW nerds. It still happens, but less frequently when they think that a significant other might be reading over my shoulder. (And to be fair, I'm still not quite over my last breakup. The last thing I want is to get entangled with another man right now, or for the forseeable future.)

So why is this bitch starting shit with me? I don't know. She's had a bug up her ass lately, though, and I know that she hasn't liked me since I joined. I guess she's just jealous, but she has no fucking reason to be. And she tried to start some shit with me last night - dude. I play this game for fun, not to get involved in petty drama bullshit. I get to put up with bullshit and stupidity all day at work. I do not want to log into WoW and deal with the same.

So yeah, if my toon wasn't kicked after I logged off and decided to play my DK on another server, I'm probably /gquitting. But a friend and I are already planning on starting another guild where mostly everyone who is sick of the bitch will move on over.

Well, a "reformatting" of the guild has taken place, had some people leave and others have kind of stepped up to make some changes, and I must say that's for the better. Unfortunately we're not raiding yet as we have to work on getting some people to 85 and geared, but I'm in no hurry as long as we do eventually raid.

In the mean time, we are working on getting some guild achievements, so we're running around in guild groups doing old dungeons. BC heroics whose final boss has less health than I do is entertaining, four-manning Wrath heroics is downright fun. And I absolutely love getting achievements so being able to go back and do all this stuff that no one really ever wanted to do is great.

Also just been using the shit out of RDF for my alts: As of now, I have a 38 Hunter, 22 Warlock, 20 Pally, 18 Rogue, and a 62 DK, and the DK (which is still on another realm until I get my tax return) is the only toon I've never taken into a dungeon. Tanked for the first time ever in this game last night with my Pally in RFC, that was really fun and not as hard as I thought it would be.

I love the new guild achievement system. I love that my alts mining or herbing count toward the achievements even though they're all low levels - and really that's just something I would do regardless of whether it counted for an achievement. I'm just leveling professions. I wish my lower levels could gain guild reputation faster, that's my only gripe. But overall it's so much fun working toward the collective achievements of the guild, in addition to just getting solo achievements. Having a blast in Cataclysm.
