      How is suing Sony a trend? They seldom bring any real innovation to the market, they actually try to surpress anything innovative so thier technology only becomes obselete when they say so.

      None of the big three console makers is exactly without a spotless history. MS and Sony by far have the most dirt on them of any software or hardware company. People suing them for actual stolen ideas? God forbid.

      If you want frivelous lawsuits, go to Jack Thompson about video games making you do something or spill coffee in your lap and blame McDonalds for coffee being hot.

        You missed the point obviously. I was referring to their battle with Immersion Corp. (which they finally settled) and I believe there were a few others that tried to take a piece of them recently, all of the California-based by the way.

        It was a joke. And let's not get started on Jack > - >

          Most technology based companies have thier US headquarters in California or Washington. Makes it easier to work with their Japanese counterparts.

            Bah. Bite your tongue! I live in California!

            If anything, Greenland Ice Sheet goes first. Hawaii sized ice burgs in the Atlantic Ocean should be a nice tourist draw.
            Bamboo shadows sweep the stars,
            yet not a mote of dust is stirred;
            Moonlight pierces the depths of the pond,
            leaving no trace in the water.

              Yeah, but that's not for at least a few hundred years (I forgot the exact rate at which it's sinking. I think it's something like 2 centimeters a year?)

                Genetic manipulated Palm Trees that can take root on Icebergs and thrive on that condition would be even more of a tourist draw!
