So I bought this book on the Kindle Store called Starting Strength because it had glowing reviews and is apparently a must-read for strength training, and it was only $10 (instead of $30) if I bought it as an e-book. It's quite good - I'm already a couple dozen pages into the first chapter, which covers the squat (that should tell you how in-depth the book is) when I turn the page and see this:

Best $10 I ever spent.
