I've finally been given the opportunity to train as the Operations Manager at work. I knew most of what had to be done, there were just a few things that I needed. The actual manager was on tonight and did my regular job and I ran behind the main desk. I will have to be the manager on Mondays now because both of the usual managers have conflicts that keep them from working Monday nights.

I'm very pleased that I have shown my boss that I can do it. Tonight went off without a hitch.

Being told by the ward manager of the ward I'm doing bank shifts on that they wished I was on their staffing rota full time because they lack a nurse of my standard. I took it as a great comliment considering some of the nurses there have been nursing for longer than I've been alive.
The ward manager has also contacted my matron and is prepared to give testimony to my nusring ability.
Once of their senior nurses is leaving soon and I've been asked if I'd consider transferring to this hospital and on a higher pay band.
I did joke it off a little saying would the offer still be open after I've been to prison lol. Potentially I could face doing jail time but it's highly unlikely. I'm looking at a suspended sentance if anything but I'd still have a criminal record,
Nobody believes anything bad will come of it because my intentions were good and if I hadn't have acted they would of died.
But still.... it's nice to know people are on my side. I just wish I'd get a date for it to go to court, I decided that I will retaliate afterwards and drag them through the courts. Being a nurse I hand out medication and it's about time this person is given a taste of their own.

Found a treasure trove of old Disney/Mcdonald toys in the attic. From before the whole obesity thing, and when they where ACTUAL toys, not just cheap plastic things.
