Peeve #1: The sheer level if ignorance, veiled hate and paranoia shown in this video

Seriously, the exclusionary attitude is bad enough, but to imply a seven year-old to be a potential sexual predator... wow, that's a whole new level of stupid.

When this video was originally posted, comments and ratings were disabled. Within a day, it was made private and taken offline. Spineless, cowardly shit. It leaves me wondering how socially awkward her parents have made her. Not only is she seeming highly trans/homophobic, but she runs the risk of treating every heterosexual male as a threat as well. I've met some sheltered people in my time, but damn.

Peeve #2: That the video made me want some thin mints and samoas really, really bad. I checked my area, no cookies being sold here for over three weeks and the first spot that has them is like 30 miles away. Might make the trip anyway.

Pretty much that, yes. It left me wanting to buy cookies out of spite, but it was difficult to weigh the spite against the cookie cravings. There have been so many well-articulated video responses that I think it just lowered by spite and increased cookie cravings. Not to mention those people are goint to buy twice as much and I have to beat them to it now. There have also been about three parodies of the video as well.

I'm sure the exposure has a least been pretty modest when you consider the original video got about to about 100k before they pulled it and then its been matched and reposed a few more times, posted on other communities, news sites LGBT and otherwise. Like the Ocean Marketing thing, this is one of those times where the good of of the internet doesn't let the bad get away with their shit.

I agree. Most of the time shit is swept under the rug, never to be seen again. I wonder how that person must feel soliciting such garbage. Quite honestly, if a kid doesn't feel comfortable being a girl/boy then let them decide what they want, sure we're born physically a boy/girl but mentally is something completely different. Yeah you may have that third leg between your legs but you better damn sure not let it stop you from putting on that girl scout uniform. More power to the transgender. It's great to see such young faces partaking in what has been fought for, for years on end. Gay Pride/Transgender rallies. I liked this

Welcome to my world since October. We're not getting FIOS you cretins, just fix the damn thing or fess up that you have no earthly idea what you're doing.

I developed some nasty neck pain over the weekend. Depending on how I moved it felt like things in my upper spine were touching where there should be no touching. It has cleared up mostly, but there's still some aching soreness and the occasional pinching sensation. Hopefully I'll be able to go see a doctor about it later tonight and they'll tell me I'm fine and that this isn't something super serious that will ruin me.

My boss needs to get a clue. She's pregnant and she's had issues with her pregnancy since day one, so why would she schedule herself on the day shift, which is single manned, knowing full well she'd never make it through? I get called - half an hour before I even wanted to get up - and I can't make it. I have an appointment. And the woman who called me, the scheduler, was all like, "Well you need to get here." No, I don't. I am sorry, I come in 99% of the fucking time but I have an actual reason I can't make it. I just don't know why she scheduled herself this way when I damn well knew this was what was going to happen.

Then she bitches on Facebook about hating her job and wanting to step down. Fine. Give me your damn job I'll do a million times better and actually give a fuck about it. I'll actually show up on time and work a full shift. I really do love my job but sometimes, it really pisses me off. And now all she wants to do is bitch about being in charge, well then she shouldn't have accepted the promotion. I knew exactly what I was getting into when I got promoted and while I get pissed off sometimes, I do what I have to do and I don't cry "woe is me!" whenever I have to actually do a fucking thing.

UGH. And now I'm contemplating canceling the appointment it took me six fucking phone calls to Verizon to set up ... because I actually have a strong sense of duty and I want to help out. UGH.

I find this odd as in the Uk all 4 age groups of "scouting" from beavers, to cubs, to scouts, to explorers have been open to both boys and girls for the last 10 years
