I read that at a normal pace, but only because of the fact that the average human brain doesn't give a damn about the order of shit in the middle of the word, just as long as the first and last letters are correct. It's all about pattern recognition. (Incidentally, I often reverse the order of letters in most smaller words, such as for, to, and, it, how, etc, and I tend to hack my space bar at the wrong times. Probably a bit of dyslexia kicking in, but you wouldn't notice it on DiV. It really comes out when I'm in game, however. Also, I tend to mis-time my shift key when capitalizing.)

But I don't give a shit what people think *now* in the real world. I pretty much say whatever and look how I want and people who don't like it, well chances are A: I'll never see them again or B: I never respected their opinion anyway.

Do people really need anonymity to do that? I am who I am, if someone doesn't like me, that sounds like a personal problem, regardless of what opinion of mine it is they don't like, or what I wear.

Example: Customer over heard me saying I was going to see The Golden Compass. She pipes up 'Oh, my preacher is really speaking against that movie.' I just looked at her dead on and said 'Oh, really? Well, I put on my big girl panties a long time ago. I can distinguish between fantasy and reality and have done for quite a while."

She gave me a look. I just stared at her. I don't even remotely care if she got offended. Which I think she did, judging by how she didn't speak to me anymore.

I suppose some people aren't comfortable enough doing that in reality, but I always have been, so for people to need a 'place' for that sort of thing blows my mind. But then again, most everything people do baffles the hell out of me.

I take that as a compliment though, even if it's meant as an insult. I also doubt seriously that *everyone* who encounters porn enjoys it. Plenty of men and women who don't, and get upset when their man/woman is caught watching it and/or wanking off to it, instead of addressing the issues in the relationship. It might come as a super shock to you, but there's quite a few people who aren't titilated by empty sex.

And we'll just all have to agree to disagree on all of that, since I honestly couldn't care less about how the rest of the world views sex. We can all see how well that's worked for us anyway. Not very. In any age of the world. Extremes on both ends. Too repressed or too much.
