Ragnarok Online vs. Final Fantasy XI

So,i already made one post like this b 4,excpet i forgot to add the poll attribute thing.K,heres how it go's i want you to vote which game you would like better.FFXI or RO.Its pretty obvious the victor is gonna b FFXI,but i know sum hard core RO fans who would choose RO over FFXI anyday.So i made this for you ppl to share your knowledge of the games and why you think one is better then the other. Umm what is Ragarok online they only other MMORPG's iv herd of besides FF xi are Ever Quest and Phantasy star and i havent seen ether one lol.

Ragnarok Online is an MMORPG that was made in Korea and has been in Beta testing for... I dunno how long. 0.o They finally went p2p a while ago.

It was a pretty fun game but the leveling got absolutely horrible after level 70+ I never even made it that far myself. They didn't have enough quests and things to do so I got bored.

Ya,RO does look pretty bad.But there r some ppl who actually think it looks better then FFXI (i dont see y) but they have their reasons.Its all up to the person who plays it.But for my opinion it looks stupid.your can go to www.ragnarokonline.com to donwload that game.Its not free but sum ppl can get away with out paying.im not sure if thats the correct site but im pretty sure it is.

Out of the dozens of MMORPG's I've played, I disliked it the most... However, there are thousands of people who obviously enjoy playing it... Whatever floats your boat, as the saying goes.

Played it for 5 minutes and got tired of it...the whole atmosphere of the game just felt overly childish to me.

God.. I played RO for who knows how long, somewhere in the range of 1 3/4 to 2 years... (been playing since the first ever beta). RO.. well, leveling sucked. Beta 1 was "Level up as fast as you can then make a new character cause anything over 30 is boring as hell". Subsequent betas were the same, till Second classes were added. Then it was "Level in the same place for 3 weeks till you hit job level forty, switch to second class and level it to 70. Then start over again cause it's boring after 70." And that's all there is in RO.

I think there's a total of... 2, maybe 3 NPC provided quests? Not to mention the severe lack of updates (korean RO? version 5 or 6, not sure. English RO? Version 3. Just installed a few days ago.), and the hacking incidents... The entire account database, avaliable to anyone who read the right forum.

The only things RO had going for it were the nice members of the community (99% were complete assholes, so the nice ones were few and far between), the spells, and the graphics style, which was anime-ish so a lot of people liked it. FFXI has completely changed my view on RO... I view playing RO as more of a chore now -_-

WHO HAS THE RIGHT MIND TO COMPARE FFXI TO RO?(sorry for caps) Thats riduclis. Ro dont come close to FFXI. Any hardcore RO fans are nuts! I just don belive u would compare a low graphic game to the Prince of MMORPG's! Its like comparing Ms.Pac-man to EQ!!
