        Catwoman didn't need to be white either, and look how well that turned out!

        Seriously, Wonder Woman is one of DC's biggest characters, if they don't get someone who at least resembles her comic book images, it will turn off a lot of fans and even those who aren't fans but would be interested in this movie.

        Also, I would have no problems if this is what Wonder Woman looked like:

          I don't think Halle was the only thing wrong with that movie LOL.

          EDIT: After thinking about it, couple of years back there was talk that Beyonce said she wanted to play Wonder Woman... I think I'd take Zoe Saldana over Beyonce.

          But...Megan Fox called and said she was totally available to do it.

            Jennifer Love Hewitt wants the distinction of being the next Wonder Woman....oh wait I take that back, they say she's OBSESSED with being the next Wonder Woman which is even worse. I don't understand people...seriously...have you seen Hewitt? She's a fucking midget that a good strong wind would blow away! Ya thats just what an Amazon woman would look like...oy....

            EDIT: Just looked up how tall she is...she's shorter than I am! 5'2" Amazon? I THINK NOT!

              She would've probably been the last person on my WTF list. Umm...What about Scarlet Johanssen (Maybe not since she's Black Widow...) or Charlize Theron for Wonder Woman? Or should they just get a nobody to do it?

                Notice Hewitt is the only midget in the bunch and probably wouldn't be in there if she wouldn't be running around saying she's obsessed with playing WW. No one would have considered her! I know they can do amazing things in Hollywood with special effects and shit but it doesn't change the fact that she's TOO FUCKING SHORT!

                Bridget Regan and Morena Baccarin are 2 of my favorites from that list. I really lean towards Baccarin because I'd like a exotic/foreign look for WW. But I don't think either are famous enough to be considered for the part (though Baccarin does have quite a following from her Firefly days).

                      Lucy Lawless, 5' 11", would have been a decent and obvious choice having already played an amazon.

                      I think they would be better off finding an actress from another country. Someone fairly unknown to us westerners.

                        She was in Spartacus and did a fine job of acting, imo. But again, like Zeta Jones, she's aging and since they are trying to pull in the 18-35 male demographic for movies like this, that won't work too well.

                          Thing is, everybody is trying to do movie series now so most candidates would probably have to be between the ages of 20-39 so they don't look wrinkly by the time the JL movie comes out . (I do like that Lucy Lawless thought though)

                          I still think Charlize would be a good choice at 5'11" saying she already once played a superhero in Hancock.
