I dunno, I watched the sub. It takes an episode or two to get rolling, but once you get to ep 6 or 7 it's difficult to stop watching before the end.

Is Angel Beats one of those anime that lose content when dubbed? Can't say it grabbed my attention -- granted I only saw two episodes, and that was a while back. Wonder if I should try again.

Just started watching Sword Art Online and it's off to a pretty good start.

Just finished watching Bokuha Tomodachiga Sukunai more commonly known as Haganai and rather enjoyed it.

All I've ever heard about it is "moeblobs".

I will agree with TaskMage about that.

Agnel Beats was one of the first Animes that was a tearjerker for me.

But, it is defiantly an anime that is worth watching.

I just finished watching it so I have some bias from residual enthusiasm, but I think it may have bumped Haruhi down a slot on my ranking of favorite anime. I can't wait for my wife to get home so I can make her watch it. I just have to make sure to have a water bottle standing by so she doesn't dehydrate from bawling. Definitely worth a watch.

Also worth noting that this series may mark the first time I've seen love used as a plot device in a non-bullcheese deus ex mcguffin way. It actually makes perfect sense for love to interact with the "rules" of the setting in the way that it does, so it feels emergent rather than contrived.

So, is it worth a watch? On a scale of 1/10.

Watching Angel Beats now. Episode 7 was like a heart seeking missile keyed to my signature.

I second the opinion that the movie was good.
