The only anime/manga i know about is EVE (barely) and Akira!!!
im tryin to get Akira manga but its to damn expensive! i wish i could download it but does anyone know where i can download some animes like Trigun ( i heard its good )
anyone know? ( i want links not KAZAA! )

If you think manga is expensive, I doubt that you can afford buying anime off retail stores. Go and download Mirc (more reliable than Kazaa and a larger abundance of anime) But it seems that you don't like Kazaa, so i'm speculating that you have a 56k connection, am I right? Well, I guess you're out of luck then...
Oh and there are no web links for downloading anime. Why? because a regular episode is the size of 150,000MB to the smallest/worst quality being 50,000MB. The sheer cost of storing anime is expensive, that's why most anime is traded through peer programs (kazaa, Mirc) and FTP.

50,000MB? Are you getting them uncompressed for HDTV? average ep is less than 200MB...

Haha, sorry for the typo. Usual episode sizes run frum 150mb-200mb for dvd like quality, anything below 100mb is poor quality. Sorry.

mIRC is good.. but confusing :confused: to me atleast.. I just use iMesh.. it's a pretty good program... I hate KaZaA also..

A lot of fansub groups are starting to distribute using Bit Torrent. You won't be able to get lisenced material, but you will be able to obtain unlisenced fansubbed material, and the more people who use the program the faster your downloads will go.
An example of one group doing this is toriyamaworld.com (Fansubbing Naruto and also translating various manga)
