Sadly online petitions are widely ignored and so are email petitions. If you really want to get Jump to what it is in Japan in the US... pull out a pen and paper or type something up and mail it to them and everyone that has anything to do with the account.

so i should print out my petition, and then get people to sign it with pen? but when i mail it to them, what if it gets lost in the mail? also should i just get the person to sign, or make them give their email too? what do you think?

Real life names and signitures are about all that will matter. Online screen names don't mean a thing to companies.

I don't want it made out've crappy paper. I just want it Bi-Weekly so we have some chance of catching up to Japan. Currently in Japan Naruto is on Ch.208 while here its on like Ch. 30-40 and we've been getting it for a year and almost a half.
