he was talking about the manga, not the anime... the anime goes by pretty fast, about 2-3 chapters per episode... can't wait for itachi to come in and kick ass.

Sasuke decided to increase his power by pretending to side with orochimaru. They killed him and put him in a coffin and casted a spell so his cursed seal would evolve. Shikamaru became a chuunin after the chuunin exams and was asked to undertake a mission to save sasuke at all costs... he formed a team of 5, himself, naruto, Kiba, Neji, and the fat kid who eats alot *forgot his name* they confront the sounds 5, 5 power individuals who have advanced cursed seals that increase their power by alot... the fat kid fought the sounds 5's fat guy, who uses earth attacks and relys in strength, but the fat kid took these spicy balls that increased his power, but there was a side effect to them and when he defeats the guy he's next to a tree and faints... then later on Neji stays behind from the chase to fight a ninja of the sound 5 who uses techniques similar to a spider's. Neji got owned by his arrow shots, but in the end he summons all his strength and dilivers a final blow to the ninja, but neji suffered sever wounds and at the end a dove flies... both have not been confirmed dead. right now a ninja named Kimimaru appeared and took sasuke, kiba and shikamaru intercepted the two other remaining ninjas and naruto chased kimimaru... right now the chapter ends with kimimaru drawing out a hidden sword and naruto going berserk ready to fight kimimaru in a beautiful field of green... talk about cliffhanger...

*spoilers* Episode 68 was released today. I don't suggest downloading the yomp version. Crappy subs. Anyway, I liked the new music that they put in their for orochimaru and stuff. I didn't know the chuunin and jounins could do the fire breathing thing that sasuke does O.o;; Did anyone notice the bad animation again? *shrugs* Just not as good as Zabuza/Haku episodes :sweat: And the KazeKage was Orochimaru?! Crazy! -_-'

I dont think he really is orochimaru, is he? I havent read the manga but if you go to alot of the fan sites they have kazekage mentioned, but not that he is oro.

Maybe Orochimaru killed him? And took his body like before on the 2nd part of the chuunin exam. Dunno. I don't read the manga ahead of the anime. I read it, but don't go ahead of the anime. So I don't know.

Ahem, Kazekage is the sand's number one ninja, he has the same rank as the hokage. In one naruto episode they explained this clearly, I think it was during the zabuza/haku saga. Yes, Hokage dies because he does a sacrifical technique in which his soul is devoured, but... since hokage was old and weaker than he was in his younger days, he could only manage to rip off orochimaru's arms from his soul. Hokage dies, very sad, cant wait to see the episode, can't wait to see when naruto and gaara square off...

Episode 69 is out. and For once Baka-San/Saiyamen actually do a decent job subtitling it. But episode 69 was really good! They added alot of stuff that wasn't in the manga though, proboly just to end it where the First and the Second barely come, so it was a cliffhanger. but all in all it was an awesome episode. Hokage looks badass in his ninja armor :p

Yeah, Naruto gets you hooked pretty quick! It is definetly my favourite anime/manga however the mighty Kenshin and the noble Knights of the Zodiac(St.Seiya) are awesome! I've also been hooked to an export of Naruto 2 for GameCube, you get loads of chracters, it rules. Anywhom...ENJOY!
