It wasn't too far, it was for people who were specifically interested in the game hosted by someone who is known for streaming FFXI.

You just took it personally and acted like a retard and now you're making it worse by being defensive when everyone has called you out.

You can say it presented the game in a bad light, but that excuse was watered down from the start. Were you even watching it?

never said they where ok, because pics and text happen all the time in alpha/beta (but I myself dont condone any of it)

I dont find any leaks ok, but it does happen, and SE lets some of it slide anyway. But the stream was way to far.

Most of the 1500+ people who watched some of that stream enjoyed it, and I'd bet 99.9% were convinced to buy the game because of it.

Right! I bet the majority of the people who were actually interested in the video weren't even chatting in it, but watching intensely like I was lol. The majority of the people that were chatting were idiots, although I did find it funny when a few people asked "What game is this?" Alot of them were WoW trolls and other MMO trolls as well. I don't know why certain people think a few idiots being idiots about the game will kill it. Haters gonna hate all the time. Not like I wasn't going to buy it in the first place though ^_^

nuuuuu! How do you think we got early FFXIV information here from me from time to time? I just swipe some stuff learned over there and share it with everyone on this side

So Alpha testers getting to see all of the blemishes isn't an issue, but the masses getting to see it is going to 'damage the game'?

How is that not acting like people that got into Alpha are somehow superior?

because testers are suppose to be following the NDA, and we all know why the game acts this way, or why it looks the way.

the people who are not testing have no clue why something is, or will make assumptions based on an unfinished product, and that is bad for the game as a whole.

I don't think of my self as "high and mighty" or some "gift to SE" that's ridicules, I am doing what I was asked to do by SE like all the other tester, and if I see something like this while I brows the internet, I will report it. This is not something I was asked of by SE but something that should be done to help make sure the game is protected as much as it can by the NDA, that we all agreed to.

Please explain why pictures and text are not crossing the line, and video is? ITS ALL VIOLATION OF THE NDA, just like you saying your are a tester. What don't you understand about this? There are no severity levels, and you can't just shrug off pics and text because "it happens in alpha/beta all the time".

You act like you were personally offended by the comments a select few trolls were making about the stream. Watched all the beginning up until they when outside and fought some Spriggan thing (lol they got K.O.ed and spriggan lost interest in them and goes away lol.)
I love how when your HP is critical, the empty part of the bar flashes red. I love that health bar effect.

Loved the chat people were making too! lol everyone is so nice.



The funniest thing ever is that in the chat log, someone was mewing like me. xD
You see I didn't invent the mew mew personality. =^^= So people quit being paranoid that it's me. :p
I won't talk like that in FFXIV and I never talked like that in FFXI anyway.
