Could be worse though, at least you didn't become a temporary member of a linkshell called Prittykittys... There were like 2 of us that weren't even Mithra, we were the only other elvaans in the shell.

Hence why I used the word seems. And in every video so far, the Gladiators have all worn the exact same get up, though that could just be because they only have the 1 set of equipment (same goes for the other classes shown)

Just like Kafeen said, it was just a demo. I mean, if you go and assume from the demo we will all wear the same thing, then you should assume that all the terrain will look like what we saw in the demo too.

What bothers me the most so far is that they seem to have pre-defined looks for each Class...

Its unlikely to be that way in the actual game. In most of the FFXI events they had the jobs kitted out in their AF gear. They don't want to give away too much in preview events.

I didn't watch all the videos but is there any evidence that backs up the claim that your look is fixed? Because I still don't buy it.
