Double attack creates more trouble than its worth imo, and provoke is REALLY useless in xp parties as there is NO WAY that you can get hate off a tank.

Hmm. I've been subbing ninja for a long time, but I'm not 55 yet, so I haven't had experience with Triple Attack. But for my set party, I need more damage (there is somewhat less damage melee in this group) so I've leveled war to 26, so I do have about a level's worth of experience with double attack, and don't see how it could create problems.

I *can* see that provoke when you've been fighting a mob for a while would be extremely useless. However, what if you get an add while fighting, and it can't be slept? What if while curing the tank, the healer gets hate and is *almost* dead (sleep sometimes takes a bit!)? Worse, what if something had already gone wrong in the fight, and the mages had no MP to sleep or escape with? Provoke can be used in those cases to grab hate on the link, and run it to the nearest zone with PD on. That alone isn't worth subbing warrior for, but I think they are tried and true examples of how that job ability could be put to good use.
