      1 Beeswax = 1 k

      12 Beeswax = 10k

On my server a stack of Beehive chips is worth 3k, and a stack of Fire Crystals is worth 1700-2000. Unless you working on your alchemy you'd be better off just selling the ingredients.

            Found another good way.

            http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/db/quests...rst&fquest=185

Making the grade quest, in windhurst.

Even a level one can do the quest, by buying the test answers from the AH. After viewing the quest, I did some research:

Test answers on Odin Server, previous prices paid 4 K (I got for 4 k)

Aspir scroll you get from doing the quest, previous prices paid 25 k ( I sold for 25 k, in about a half an hour)

            21 k profit at level 13,

            Priceless.

fishing is sorta slow for me, and ever since I hit 6, I think, fishing skill lvl ups are beginning to be rare. Best ways I've found or could think of, but you need to be around lvl 30, 45 is preferred for treasure hunter 2. Ranger sub is preferred too.

Wind elementals, used to go for 2k a cluster until the NA release and everyone hunts them. What I do to squeeze in a bit more cash is break up half the clusters and set them on bazaar and leave it on overnight at the carpentry store. Next day, it's all sold out and you're 20k richer. With treasure hunter 2, you should get 2 to 3 clusters a kill. Ranger subs makes it easier to locate the wind elemental before anyone else, then flee to it.

Earth elementals, yea I'm aware earth clusters are crap cash, but if you see one, and you kill it, cross your fingers that stoneskin drops.

Most importantly, NM hunts, BCNM, HNM, etc. Example:
lvl 45thf/rng hunting LL. Lots of competition there, but with a ranger sub, you're equally competitive with the rest of the people. If you're lucky, you'll wait under 2 hours to find, and kill LL. The drop is not rare at all and goes for around 200-300k in ragnarok. All you need is paitence and keep scanning with your ranger. When you find it, flee and attack. 200k in 2 hours is much better than fishing I would say. If you don't have flee and/or rng, don't even try this, it's a waste of time. If you're a war, you might not even see LL for the whole day (RL day), and when you do see it, some thf has already taken it. Btw, for those who don't know, LL is leaping lizzy, spawns at gustaberg near the fumaroles and is a low level NM. You can kill that thing at like lvl 10.

              Good luck! (* '-')b

                I DON'T AGREE with that..
U say 200k in 2 hours is much better then fishing ..
Doh that's true but you don't get it in 2 hours ......
It drops the boots 1/10 so 10 x 2 hours = 20 hours waiting and hoping you will get it to attack you.
yeahyeah i know 20 hours -> 200 k is way better then fishing
but ppl don't want to wait 20 hours at 1 spot i think

LOL 1/10 times? hardly. Esepcially with treasure hunter 2. Only the MOST unfortunate people have 0/6 and thats a lot. Most people get it within 3 tries even without treasure hunter at all.

I just go to palborough mines and collect the fetish parts, backplates, shell shields, etc. and sell them for 200 a piece. One trip will get you 2000 easy, all while leveling up at the same time.
