sam/war would probably be best till about lv 71 or so, at lv 71 you can go sam/thf for tachi:kasha and pull off about 800ish dmg each ws, then I just bounce hate back with spinning slash, it works nicely.
other then that you benifit more from war sub, and your hit per hit is gonna be pretty weak with sam/thf but sams arent for DoT
:spin:Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away

Sam/thf is the best combo. I did 970 yukikaze at level 59 (I used 2 merit point great katana skill).
/thf definitely for endgame, and of course any non-THF EXP PT...
I'm trying to avoid THF PTs because I'm forced to sub war and do shitty enpi :3I really should thank you for it afterall it was your life that taught me the purpose of all life.....Purpose of life, is to end.

not to flame and all but, neighbortaru..... every time some1 posts something semi-retarded you seem to always be the last one to say "he does that from time to time" "retard" "this post is pointless" I guess what I'm trying to say is, dont post unless you have anything to give to the thread other than that you make yourself look "reatarded" [word] [Up]!!!Originally posted by neighbortaru

Back on topic! Sam/Thf is a great combo to have lvl 60+, since you can actually replace a thf for sata, and make sure to lvl multiple sub jobs just in case, hence WAR or THF or RNG, then show it off in your comment, you'll get the invites over regular Samurais since your use is more than one.
btw Lostbeatz, that picture in your sig, that CD 0wnz I just bought it 2 day

If I party with a samurai they are always SAM/THF - a SAM/WAR missing tachi:gekko because they couldn't sa+ta for the sure hit and complete the skillchain which lets everyone burst and take over half the monster's HP makes everyone cry.

[Effects of raising one's attributes]
Using merit points affects the attributes of all a player's jobs. However, there are limitations to the bonuses one can receive, varying with level. In other words, lower-level jobs will not benefit from an attribute being boosted as much as a higher-level job would.

you dont learn Tachi: Yakikaze until level 60, so how did you do it at level 59?? the GK skill is capped at lvl 198, you learn Tachi: Yakikaze at skill lvl 200,Originally posted by Razz

he said he used 2 merit points for the gk skill... i guess that got him 2 lvls in it. 198+2=200!The word gen means 'illusion' or 'apparition.' In India, a man who uses conjury is called a genjutsushi ['a master of illusion technique']. Everything in this world is but a marionette show. Thus we use the word gen.

Yeah, my ninja is 75 so I used merit points on 2 points of GK skill.
Therefore I learned yukikaze at 59 and I'm about to learn Gekko at 64.I really should thank you for it afterall it was your life that taught me the purpose of all life.....Purpose of life, is to end.
