I've found that key drops are really easy to get, as long as you're hunting testimonies.

Meanwhile, if you're hunting keys, you WILL walk out with a full collection of every kind of testimony the place has to offer before you'll get a key.

That's what the first few replies were about. Idk where the inane/insane confusion came from.

It was I, lvl 65 mnk, friend lvl 75 mnk, rdm interested lvl 64 rdm. We got it in like 1 hour, killed the yagudo near the monk AF legs torch. Easy.

Also i noticed something. Less members are in your party, more often they drop. I was duoing with a friend in kuftal some days ago. 2 hours of duoing = 12 coffer key. TWELVE!!! So bring few but good people.

Awesome coincidence then, 12 coffer keys in 2 hours every 2 hours (we stayed there about 6 hours, just try to imagine it) is priceless.

I also noticed that testimonies are really easy to get as long as they are totally useless to you. I was doing Windy 8-1 a few days ago, and I got testimonies for RNG, DRG, WAR, & MNK, not counting the ones everyone else got (those jobs for me are currently level 10 to 15). Yet, I remember one of my RDM testimonies required me to kill Ruby 20 times for the drop (although not typically the case). .

OK in an effort to refrain from starting a new thread, I have a q on this particular AF item. I have never been to Castle O before and this is the only AF item I do not have yet. Currently I am only lvl 55 and my limit cap is currently 60. So really my Qs are:

How tough is the coffer key aquisition?
What job/lvl help should Ibring into this area?
How easy is it to get the coffer?
